A good hotel to relax in a secluded place. Clean new rooms with a small kitchen. The sea view is amazing.
The room is cleaned daily, all household items are provided and are available.
Excellent hospitality at the reception.
A good restaurant in the hotel with average, not overpriced prices. Given the isolation of the hotel, it is worthy of respect.
The breakfast is continental, very tasty pastries.
There is a rooftop bar, I advise you to visit and enjoy a welcome drink and watch the sunset.
The nearest grocery store is 300 meters away, the first restaurant and the beginning of the Kabuleti embankment are 200 meters along the beach.

A great place to relax. The purest sea is within walking distance. There is a separate respect for breakfast, a large selection and everything is delicious) Especially juices and pastries. Spacious rooms and friendly receptionists. If we decide to go to Georgia, then we will stay here again in Kobuleti. The only drawback is that there are not enough sun beds, but in September this was not a problem. All the world.

A great hotel with large stylish rooms, with a kitchenette.
An infinity pool with fresh water is when the edge of the pool merges with the sea horizon. And in the evening, they also light a fire around the pool. Beautiful!
It is located on the outskirts of Kobuleti, 30 km north of Batumi, on the seashore.
A quiet, secluded place.
There is no evening disco, no daytime animators.
The friendly staff is mostly speaking Russian or, at least, English.
Its own private beach with free umbrellas and sun beds. The sea is clear, flickering pebbles, dark (in places almost black, magnetic sand).
Unfortunately, there is no promenade along the sea. But there is a pine grove nearby (it is a grove, not a forest) with spreading pines. There is spontaneous camping in the grove, but with paid toilets and showers!
It is said that this is a favorite place of the locals.
There are a couple of soulful cafes with delicious Georgian cuisine within walking distance.

A chic buffet breakfast. The staff is polite. Almost everyone knows Russian. Great room with sea view. The beach is big. Sun beds from the hotel. The sea is soft, clear and transparent. Quietly. I really liked it! I don't know how it will be when other hotels appear nearby. But so far everything is fine!

Of course, this is not a 5* as the hotel claims. But 4 is great. A huge minus for breakfast is there is no normal coffee, only filtered, so how can you save on coffee?. (breakfast is monotonously not bad)
The rooms have a good sea view, the hotel has its own beach (sun beds, umbrellas, towels, free of charge) There are bathrobes and slippers in the room. The location of the hotel for those who are looking for privacy is excellent, the sea of pine trees is nearby👌👌👌
They are very hospitable, they treat Russians very well, they have not seen any negativity anywhere.
The sea is clear.

We enjoyed our stay, we (2 adults + 1 child 5 years old) lived for a week in high season - the end of August. There were no serious shortcomings for us personally, and therefore I will note very important positive points:
- LOCATION: perfect! In the town of Kobuleti itself, which actually ends 200 meters from the hotel, there were sooooo many vacationers on the beach, and we always have comfort and a lot of free sun beds and umbrellas to choose from. At the same time, there are vacant lots on both sides of the hotel, so far without buildings, and even with pine trees! Therefore, there is a feeling of spaciousness and alienation from the rest of the city, although in fact coffee shops, shops, pharmacies, ice cream, etc. are 5-15 minutes on foot + minibus # 1, which goes through the whole Kobuleti + cheap taxi.
- CLEANLINESS: everywhere! The room is cleaned well. The territory is small, but well maintained, with different well-thought-out areas. The pool and the beach in front of the hotel are looked after every day, the difference between public places is obvious. The sea was just perfect all the days, transparent, without a single seaweed.
- INTIMACY: the hotel is actually not big, there are only 2 buildings closest to the sea (the rest are in a protracted construction and no longer belong to this hotelier; the construction did not bother us in any way). Mostly families with small and middle-aged children live, but the sound insulation of the rooms is excellent and we did not hear each other. The service staff is the same day after day, everyone tries and therefore you start to get used to them, and they to you.
- PRICE: the stay is cheaper than in other chain or large hotels in the region, but more expensive than smaller private ones, and therefore the contingent is very decent. By the way, the managers of the hotel and restaurant are foreigners, the hotel probably belongs to the Czechs. The audience is also from different countries, Georgians, Armenians, Azerbaijanis, Russians, Kazakhs and there were also families from the Middle East. The coexistence is wonderful, everyone is friendly to each other.

In general, it is very good. But it's a long way to five stars. There is no standard set in the form of bathrobes, a safe, a spa, even a shoe spoon and other small things.
Among the advantages: excellent sound insulation, stunning views from the window, good mattresses and beds, responsive staff.
Of the cons: for six days, the room was never cleaned or the bed linen changed, a disgusting dining room with a meager breakfast and an inedible dinner, a pebble beach with a calm sea and an expensive price for all this.
However, despite all this, we liked it.

The hotel is new, very clean, stylish interior, designer furniture, beautiful.

Appliances, air conditioning, towel dryer, kettle, dishes, electric stove, refrigerator - in the room.
We were on New Year's Eve, the hotel was empty. It didn't stop us.
There were minor disadvantages, but they will be eliminated (very small things), so I am not writing.
We want to come back in the summer.

On the roof of the Jacuzzi by appointment. The condition of the rooms is decent, there is a lot of space.
There is nothing in walking distance, you need to get around by car.

It's a very cool hotel for Kobuleti. We forgot to pay for breakfast, and we paid on the spot every day. It seems to me that it is cheaper than booking through booking (GEL 30 per person, free breakfast for children).
Overall, the food is good and delicious. The menu is small, but there is not much place to have dinner or lunch in the area, so eating at the hotel itself is not a bad idea. And the prices are quite adequate.

A chic modern new hotel. The Czechs built it, so everything is in the European style. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. The room has everything, including a kitchen with a stove, a full set of dishes, etc. In our building (it seems D) there were only four rooms on the floor and each had a beautiful view of the sea. A wonderful restaurant, delicious breakfasts. Excellent service staff ready to help you at any time, etc. I liked everything. Thank you!!!👍

Amazing hotel!
Everything is so thoughtful and convenient! Everything is very clean and tidy! Wonderful polite and good-natured staff! Beautiful pool! Special thanks to the restaurant. All the dishes are the most delicious in the whole Kobuleti. The beach is clean. Deck chairs and towels are provided.

The most decent hotel in Kobuleti.
A lot needs to be finalized, of course. The restaurant service is very slow. It's delicious though. An hour !!! Expectations. The reception staff is not very friendly.
The output of the condition is 5, the service is 2-3. Work a little on the service and it will be 5+.
In addition, it is necessary to clean the beach. Although according to the staff, the beach is municipal, but the hotel guests are resting. Therefore, I do not want to see mountains of garbage after a storm, but to admire the clear sea.

I'm only talking about the restaurant, since we went to lunch with a girl, we live in neighboring houses. The pizza was carried for > 50 minutes and (!) the wrong one was brought. Greek is very tasty, only thanks to it it is not 1⭐️. The service is very long, the waiters simply forget about the visitors. The prices are Moscow, the service of the village, the taste of dishes like in the cafes of the suburbs, no more.

The hotel is generally not bad.But 5 stars does not pull a maximum of 3. There are no toothpastes and brushes in the room, although they should be in a five-star hotel.There are no bathrobes and umbrellas on the beach.The pool is not heated, breakfast is meager.But there are advantages too:the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there is an elevator, the room has dishes, each balcony has a beautiful view of the sea.
