We had a vacation with our daughter in early July. The hotel itself is small, there were very few vacationers, mostly Poles.I liked the hotel as a whole. A very nice, spacious room with a huge bed and a balcony, facing the main entrance, so it was not very noisy. One disadvantage is that there are no hair dryers in the rooms!!!! The food is sooo good. I have never seen such a variety of soups in Tunisia. And the desserts are simply mind-blowing. Very friendly staff, everyone just spoiled my little daughter! The problem of the beach is obvious. For a second-line hotel, this is simply an unforgivable negligent attitude! Is it difficult to clear your little piece of beach?!! They also let locals on the beach of the hotel, which is also simply unacceptable! Why did we hand over PCR then, and no one guarantees the safety of things. After a huge scandal caused by a Moscow tourist, there was a fuss... They began to rake away the algae somehow, tinted the house and even hoisted the Tunisian flag! The rocks are really sharp right across our piece of beach. As a result, everyone goes swimming to the left towards the abandoned hotel. The sea itself is warm and azure, and this is the main thing. The animation also leaves much to be desired, although there were very few tourists. Despite the shortcomings, we had a great rest and at a very good price.

The hotel is 3*, although they say that it is 4*. I liked it: friendly staff, daily cleaning in the room, excellent chefs (the choice on the buffet is not large, but everything is cooked very tasty). I didn't like it: animation on 3- and a terrible, dirty beach!!!! which is used by tourists and locals, who are primarily provided with sun beds.

In 2019, we stayed at this hotel. We took an all-inclusive package for 10 nights, 25 thousand per person. For this price, it's gorgeous! But if you buy a ticket for more (and those prices from 2019 are no longer there), be prepared for this: the dishes are very dirty, the feeling that they just clean it from the leftovers and give it back to the hall (I bought wet wipes and wiped everything); not everything is good for Russians (the former French colony, Djerba Island has been opened for Russian tourists relatively recently), they can easily pretend that you do not exist in the queue at the bar/kitchen and serve first of all those who speak French; they do not hide their disdain for Russians; the cooks have a very dirty uniform, wipe with one cloth both the countertop and the pan on which pancakes are fried, the sanitation is complete. These were the main reasons why neither to this hotel nor to about. I don't want Djerba anymore. There were also positive moments: friendly staff met occasionally, the sea was warm and clean (which is not to say about the beach), visited a crocodile farm on their own (I really liked it, it was cheaper to take a taxi than to take an excursion to travel agencies), went to a seafood restaurant on their own, took one excursion to the Sahara (the guide was very interesting).
