We visited in September 2024, we liked the hotel, everything is clean. The staff was friendly, although there were no Russian speakers. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. I wish you prosperity and loyal customers

I'll give it 4 stars, just because this hotel was better than the others. but! There are real problems with cleaning. If you don't put up the "remove" sign, they won't remove it. During the 10 days of staying in the room, they never vacuumed, dusted or changed the bed linen. Towels are generally one large, one small for two, which were hung back instead of being replaced, although I left them in the sink on purpose. The foot towel was not changed at all, the floor in the toilet room was washed so-so, the hair was still there. Breakfast, if you come after 9, you have to ask for bread, fried eggs, topped up with coffee. The mattresses are terrible, all the springs are sticking out, I had to turn them over and ask for another blanket, put it on the mattress so that it would not hurt so much to sleep.

The hotel is nice, clean. The interior is in calm colors. We took into account the wishes when placing as well as a later check-out. The room was provided large, with a balcony. Plumbing is shining). The breakfasts are modest. Linen for 7 nights, changed 2 times. Towels 1 time. At the reception, not everyone understands and speaks Russian well. But they always try to help. The balcony overlooked a small but very busy street. Car signals can be heard with the windows closed. The hotel is located 2-3 km from the main attractions. We moved either on foot or by bus (payment by travel card). The city is beautiful.
