At the hotel for the second time. The hotel has lost a lot since last year. There are still no repairs in the rooms, while the hotel's policy is more than strange in this matter. The guests were checked in and let's do repairs in the rooms opposite. Tired of home renovation? Come and see the renovation of the hotel! Why not evict the wing and make normal repairs in all rooms?
The food supply has become significantly worse than last year. It's not tasty and it's very monotonous. The cook seems to be the same, but the food is not very tasty - undercooked pasta, beef steaks, fish and grilled chicken are the basis of the menu. There has never been mutton meat for 10 days, only minced meat. There was a turkey once.
The lunch box was generally assembled with mold. And I wonder who came up with the idea to pack boxes for the guests? They are bulky. It's very inconvenient. You can also put reusable cloth bags in convenient ones that are both environmentally friendly and convenient.
The staff also gave up a lot, there are polite, friendly people, and there is a girl from a hammam who is rude to hotel guests. It seems like she should be friendly, she wants to sell Thai massage to the guests, but that was not the case. A rare boor, there are two opinions - hers and not the right one. And if suddenly you are the bearer of a wrong opinion, then they will roll their eyes at the sight of you, not greet you and show their attitude in every possible way. Why was she hired? Should I show you how unwelcome guests are at this hotel? So there are enough repairs in the room opposite and tasteless food.
I do not recommend the hotel.

In general, I liked everything. The food is varied and delicious. Alcohol is foreign, for example, a gamekeeper. The view from the windows of the rooms is wonderful! Slides. 2 swimming pools. Lots of sun beds all over the place. Everything is very well maintained. There is a charming zoo. In general, everything that should be in 5k. I will describe the disadvantages in a little more detail, why I rate it at 4 and why I will not choose this particular hotel anymore.
I had a rest in the middle of April 2024.
Minuses:
1) outdoor pools without heating. Accordingly, it was impossible to swim in April. If I had known in advance, I wouldn't have gone. There are a bunch of hotels with heated outdoor pools.
2) the rooms are spacious, beautiful view from the window, but very shabby and old. Everything is shabby. And the TV is not hanging in front of the bed, but on the side, a strange decision.
3) very poor breakfasts
4) there are seafood in the photo reviews. In fact, there was no seafood during the week of rest! There was a fish. But shrimps, mussels, crayfish and all that - no
5) evening animation for 3 minutes. Live low-quality music. You have to listen to it in an area where there is nowhere to sit, only standing. I didn't like it very much. At 9:30 p.m., I don't want to stand, I want to sit at a table and watch a show.

The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk. Food, lots of fish, fruits, sweets. The staff is kind and courteous. The performances in the evening are interesting.
