I was incredibly surprised that an apartment in Dubai can be bought with a mortgage on conditions much better than in Russia! Just a shock. Not a single broker before had even said a word! And here I not only found an adequate bank, but also helped me with the paperwork. And they say that you can't find quality service abroad. Thank you for your help and support in my transaction.

I am writing a real review after buying an apartment from this unique company.
I have not bought apartments for so long, I always thought that the company, after selling and receiving a commission, continues to perform its duties with the same quality, realizing that the client can return. But this is not about this company. As soon as the sale is completed, do not expect the manager to help you, he can just disappear and not pick up the phone for days, and then say with aggression that "you figure it out yourself"
I do not advise anyone to make transactions, a good attitude towards you will remain only until the transaction is completed.

My husband and I had to urgently move to Dubai, and in a short time it was necessary not only to find a suitable option with minimal risks, but also from the wishes it was a minimum to invest our funds, arrange an apartment on credit or installments. Our broker from Mira estate has done her job in just 2 weeks!!!!! It's just an incredible amount of time!!! Considering that the sale of our apartment in Moscow, according to a local realtor, will take at least 3 months!!! I think that such work deserves the highest assessment! As a result, we bought an apartment with a fantastic view of Dubai Marina on a mortgage on terms that we never even dreamed of.

There are no hidden commissions and no text after the asterisk - they work honestly and openly. In other agencies, I had to read the text in small print. Very poor service! Check the mattresses in advance and take a picture . Because at the end they take the deposit. And the Reltras are terrible , they change prices every time and make left - hand money for themselves . Each time you pay with a different card. Initially, the Forte then the Caspian is generally changed and they take a share for themselves % I do not recommend it!!!

I bought an apartment with a broker in this company. They promised that they would also sell this apartment and I would be able to make money on the difference in the purchase and sale prices. And then everything is like everyone who wrote here - get out of the deal with other agencies. It's not fair somehow, they won't finish the job.

I do not advise you to apply. I came to the event to pick up real estate for investment, and I was called someone else's real estate agent and kicked out of the event. I have never seen such an attitude towards customers. Still in shock. I strongly advise against it.

A good agency. I wanted to save money from inflation and exchange rate changes. I was looking for apartments by the sea. I talked with Diana (the agent) - she proposed a project that I had not heard about and about which little was written in the tg channels. It turned out to be more profitable, the apartment is in a different place, but the area turned out to be larger. The area is normal and people are actively filming on aggregators. I'm waiting for when I can take it.
