There are literally all the disadvantages here. You don't even have to mention the delivery dates, because they are not observed at all, the deliverymen do not help bring in the water, although initially, when we first decided to order here, we were told that this was part of their duties. A year ago, there were amazing drivers who coped with all this with a bang, but for some reason they were fired and it's just not clear what's been going on for the last year. Once they refused to deliver water to me because they couldn't find a house, and this is in the age of technology and Google maps. So I don't recommend ordering water here to anyone, and I will refuse their services myself, I really can't stand it.

I would like to note the rude and tactless attitude on the part of the manager of this organization, the late delivery, the failure of the agreed deadlines, the provision of false information, the obvious fact of delays of up to one calendar week. Thus, the combination of these factors encourages regular customers of Mir Vody LLC to pay attention to cooperation with their competitors.

The delivery has become terrible. We will leave for another water delivery. In the age of filters, we must fight for every customer, not worsen conditions. As the operator said, "it's more convenient for us. We no longer accept applications day in and day out." Soon it will be more convenient for them to have no clients at all.

One star and that's a lot. The delivery is disgusting. The dispatcher is blatantly lying about the delivery time . The sports club is the third day without water. They only promise that we will bring them, but they do not bring them!!!

У компании клиентский сервис на уровне нуля.
Меняют наполнение заказа без предупреждения и согласования. Звонишь узнать причину, возмущенно отвечают: «Так того что вы заказали нет в наличии!»
Меняют дату доставки, снова без предупреждения.
При обращении с проблемой обещают перезвонить и пропадают.
В общем, не рекомендую, так как есть вероятность получить больше неприятных впечатлений, чем удовольствия от воды.
