We were very pleasantly surprised by the range of carpets and service, as well as very affordable prices compared to the same Palace and the Mainland, where you need to look for a consultant forever. When entering the store, the seller greeted us warmly, although he looked like a very formidable guy. He let us look around the store, did not immediately attack us with stupid questions: What can I suggest? How can I help you? as many stores like to do. After a couple of minutes, he came up to us and asked what we were choosing, what sizes we were interested in. He quickly guided us by size, told us what density and compositions there are and how this affects the service and durability of carpets. He also told about the services operating in the store, that there is an interest-free installment plan and carpet fitting with home visits. In a word, he showed, told and consulted at the highest level. We were very satisfied and eventually left with the purchase of an Iranian carpet. We recommend the store to everyone!!! The assortment, prices, and most importantly, the service are all at the highest level.
