I really liked it. We took a combined ticket with three ziplines, a roller coaster and a walk across the bridges. The roller zipline made the biggest impression. The ticket included a very tasty buffet lunch and a transfer from the hotel. The organization is really good, you feel safe, you don't touch the insurance yourself, the instructor does everything. Clean territory, there is a coffee shop. Clean toilets.

The coolest ziplines were at the end.
They recruit a small group (8-10 people) and it is led by 2 instructors (they go at the beginning and at the end). The instructors themselves fasten the insurance and "catch" from the ziplines, everything is as safe as possible. It is better to go in the morning, because in the afternoon, despite the shade of the trees, it is very hot. Lunch (buffet) is included in the price. The roller is very cool!
A photographer takes pictures on the routes, a GoPro is mounted on a roller and videos are shot, you can buy them at the end of the program.
You don't need special physical training (unless you climb a mountain at the very beginning), you definitely need sports shoes
