A wonderful store. Everything is simple, everything is clear, spacious. The assortment is rich. Good sellers, they calculated everything correctly. There is a delivery. Just up to the entrance. Prices for different buyers. I really liked it.
I've always liked this store. In 2008, they did repairs, they counted everything correctly for us, they made a design project, which was a novelty at that time. And this is the only store where we found a new cast-iron bathtub. I didn't look for a bath this time, I can't tell you, we looked at porcelain stoneware, we were well advised. Discounts and installments are available. Prosperity to your business and further 👍🏽
Of the many construction shops in Karaganda, I would especially like to mention the "World of Tiles" store, located on Shakhterov Avenue 9/3. This store features a wide range of tiles and various sanitary ware. The managers are friendly and help in choosing the necessary products. In resolving our issue on the choice of tiles and plumbing, we were assisted by managers: Elena and Tatiana (in the department of the 1st floor of the store) and Svetlana (in the department of the 2nd floor of the store). They are distinguished by friendliness, patience, knowledge of their business, possession of all product information and phone feedback. Girls, you are great! I wish you good health and professional growth, and prosperity to your store! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹Sincerely, your customers.
In this store you can buy good and not expensive porcelain stoneware, in comparison with other stores. The service is fast, essentially. There is delivery, also cheaper than in other stores.
I have been buying tiles only in this store for over ten years. The quality is at the highest level. Now I will build the second floor and it will not be a matter of choosing a store. I recommend.
We are disappointed with the service, as large stores have already been accustomed to impeccable customer service. When delivering tiles from this store, there were no promised movers. No one warned about this in advance. They just brought and unloaded the tiles on the street. I had to lift almost 300 kg of tiles to the 3rd floor myself. It seems that after the money is paid to the cashier, the store's customers are no longer interested.
