The first criterion was that the price was lower than that of the competitors.
The second is a very clear organization of all issues - from the first call (I'm from Minsk), signing a contract, agreeing on a sketch, manufacturing to installation! All questions were solved instantly! Thanks for the work done!

Yesterday they put up a monument to our mother. What can I say, I bow low to you guys. You are top-class professionals!
The monument was not chosen from the catalog. A highly qualified specialist and a wonderful person, Valentina accepted the order, drew everything on the spot, calculated, and made an advance payment. The monument was ordered in February. Throughout the whole time, Valentina was in touch, gave good advice. The sketch was changed 10 times, Valentina instantly made changes, made recalculations, always met and helped, suggested how it would be better and offered various options and sites for choosing the design of the monument.
Many thanks to Vyacheslav for the timely and high-quality execution of the order, to Stas, who, despite the lack of the right tool, made the necessary cuts and bends on the slabs, redid the chamfers at my request, and also transferred the photo of my mother to the stone with such skill and professionalism that she looks from the monument as if alive.
As for the cost. I applied for an order in an even more simplified form (thinner, lower and already the stele of the monument) in about 9-10 places (Minsk, Zhodino, Tolochin, Mogilev). So, here a custom-made monument came out cheaper than the standard was offered there.
Once again, many thanks to all of you! When the time comes, we will turn only to you.

The monument complex is installed at the cemetery in the village of Zadrovye.
We applied to several organizations, all of them are good, but "not that". We stopped by the "World of Granite" and found everything we wanted: a large selection of materials, options for monuments, answers to all questions. Valentina worked with us specifically. Well done, he knows his job. She literally discussed every step, prompted, delved into everything to the last detail, solved all issues throughout the entire period. And the guys did well, they fiddled with the mementos like with crystal ones. During installation, they measured up to a centimeter.
Everything turned out great

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Mir GiS organization, located at 19 Engels Str., Orsha, Director Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Saskevich, sales department manager Valentina Dmitrievna Shpakovskaya, and a team of installers for the high-quality and timely work done to improve the burial sites of my parents (Larinovskoye cemetery and along the streetEngels). Living in Minsk, I was able to solve this issue without difficulty, without going to Orsha.
Valentina Dmitrievna provided great help: she identified the locations of the graves in the cemetery .All issues were resolved over the phone. I have determined what kind of work should be done. If necessary, changes were made. I've always been in touch.
The contract was concluded on 19.10.2023 and clearly, on 10.05.24, the work was completed.

At the cemetery on the streetVery old monuments were dismantled and erected by Engels. I didn't even hope that it would be possible to do it, but I took a chance (I was worried all winter whether it would work..). The work of the installation team was done very well. Thank you very much!
And I want to emphasize - I did not come, I did not watch how the work was done. People are just good at their job, good at doing their job. High quality. It's not indifferent.
The organization employs highly qualified specialists and wonderful people.

Pleasant, tactful and unobtrusive communication (this is important because the case is specific and requires a positive background). Hello! I want to say a huge thank you for the work done! They put up a fence for my brother. I am in Moscow myself, I ordered a fence on Viber. Everything was explained, sketches were shown, sizes were agreed upon, and a contract was drawn up. It was manufactured and installed ahead of schedule. I wanted the monument to be personally commissioned and not from a catalog, we made sketches together right on the spot, we agreed. And subsequently, the master constantly kept in touch with me and sent photos and consorted with me at each stage of the monument's manufacture, I am delighted with such a service, I have not yet seen anywhere to treat the buyer so reverently.
