It's time to ask for a complaint book and to begin with, contact the executive committee, we will not help in court to apply article 24 of the law on consumer protection. Everyone can have problems, but I think if any problems arise, it is worth solving them, and not creating additional problems for yourself, you can always call to apologize in advance and discuss all the nuances, provide any guarantees to the client, I think inadequate people will always get into the situation. Apparently, this organization does not care about its customers and its reputation.
