He intensively supervised me for all 3 courses, helped me with advice, and gave me great opportunities for individual skill improvement. He also put me up for various welding competitions, the level of which began with the local ones on the basis of Maz, ending with the republican stage of WordSkills, where, thanks to the hard work of Mikhail Fedorovich and his support at a difficult moment, we showed a decent result.
