This is not an organization, but a living hell. On February 28, I paid 100% for the manufacture of the Karapuz ottoman in the manazine of this company on Dolginovsky tract, 178. According to the contract, the production period expires on April 30. It was on this day that the seller (head of the store) sent me a letter saying that my couch would be ready and delivered to the store on May 28. That is, the factory independently extended the production period by a month. In response, I tried to buy an ottoman, which stands in this store. She said goodbye to marriage. Next, there was an attempt to order the delivery of this sofa from magashchin to Grodno, because I needed the product before the end of the contract for its manufacture, and not a month after. The special operation to bring an ottoman from Grodno was carried out personally by the director of the Furniture Pole, but also failed. My daily twitching by the head of the store where I paid for the couch also led to nothing, except for attacking the manager and the director of the factory, who don't care about anything, and the director actually left there. It's 2 a.m. on May 26th and I'm writing this review because I'm so sick of it - that customers wipe their feet so easily and simply. As if that's the order of the day. No one else offered me a free delivery of an ottoman home - although this part costs only 35 rubles. In this company, no one is going to be adequate in relation to the buyer at all. I strongly do not recommend buying anything here.
