We come here for a Christmas tree every year. Convenient check-in, plenty of parking space, always lots of Christmas trees. It is better to arrive from 10 to 13:00 - then one by one the tree trucks arrive and there is a large selection.
Prices are always affordable.
The forestry is great, the Christmas trees are cool, there is a lot to choose from, the guys are responsive, they pack, the prices are adequate! BUT an aunt walks around, takes pictures of cars that are not parked according to the rules, so there are not enough parking spaces. Be careful! And if you (the woman with the phone) As you read this, I wish you all the best next year!
Let's talk about the absolute incompetence of your lawyer. I wrote the application for the forest on 04/01, the contract is made within two weeks? No, not with your lawyer. This dear lady went on sick leave twice and on vacation once. You say "life happens," and I would agree if only it weren't for the disgusting boorish communication on the phone. She doesn't listen or try to help, she's just rude and pushy. Listen, my contract was finally ready on MAY 28th. For two months we just waited, we couldn't take the wood because someone doesn't know how to do their job. That's not all. On the days when your excellent lawyer did show up at work and we managed to get on the phone, she replied to me, "we can't make a contract until there is no forest, we make a contract after the fact, only when we can give out the forest." Well, I'm not a lawyer, I agreed, okay. But today, when I picked up the contract, I heard that "the contract is only a contract, and go find out the forest, it may not exist." Listen, the year is 2025. How long can you tolerate this kind of attitude??? Does our family have to pause the entire construction site because of one madam? Well, that's ridiculous! The only positive thing about this whole situation is the rest of the staff. Because of your lawyer's incompetence, others had to help me, explain something, and take over some of the work. For which they are very grateful, good people.
