Poor administration and staff! Patients smoke right on the porch of the department and on all the benches in the park! The administration does not react to this in any way, and simply says: "this is not our job!" The hospital itself has a good repair, but because of the attitude of the staff, I felt much more comfortable in an old hospital with good staff!
