I can't remember if we had enough mirrors in the dressing room.
+ Downstairs on the 1st floor there is a wardrobe and a large hall with mirrored walls, where we rehearsed.
- But the trouble with toilets.
It's amazing that people who design toilets don't think about toilet visitors.
In the women 's toilet , the cubicles are small , it is inconvenient to sit on the toilet , the forehead rests against the door . In a suit with a wide skirt , it is impossible to fit into a stall without soiling the skirt on the toilet 😱
I really want to ask the administration to pay attention to this. I am a designer designer, I looked specifically, the toilets can be moved back to the wall. Please make people more comfortable. Then it will be easier for the cleaners to work .
And I also noticed that there seems to be no light in the toilet cubicles , which is strange .
But there are a lot of washbasins in the toilet and there is a lot of free space near them.
- the hall on the 1st floor is spacious , bright , and beautiful . But there is not enough space to sit. At least sit on the floor while you wait for the bands to perform .
Of course, there are advantages in the palace, but I wanted to emphasize what is particularly negative.

For me, it will always be a Communal recreation center, and not something soundlessly named for nothing in the style of "intergalactic planetary republican urban rural"... in general, the rebranding is so-so ;)
Of course, they made it great. Bagata and almost tasteful.
Among the disadvantages: there seems to be no ventilation, it's hot and stuffy, the clocks on the floors work like crazy, the most annoying thing is the organization of pseudo-VIP events for some bureaucrats when the parking lot in front of the main entrance is stupidly blocked. At the same time, sometimes there are no cars there. Which, of course, adds love, respect, wishes for good health, etc. other good wishes to the visitors and organizers of these events. The parking itself is unmarked and therefore gifted drivers can maximize their skills in the form of demonstrations of new and original parking methods.

A beautiful, renovated recreation center, I was here once in 2000. Then this is a palace!!!!! Most of the clubs here are dancing, singing, by the way, there is an ensemble of "Zhavaronochki" for free! I would like more different options (drawing, embroidery and much more). Beautiful and comfortable halls👍. Various concerts, exhibitions, events, etc. are held. It is convenient to get from the railway station 15-20 min. With one swipe of your finger👍.

Красивое здание и снаружи и внутри! Все очень удобно и комфортно. Очень просторно в здании и в зрительном зале. Приятные и тактичные сотрудники. И, конечно же, невероятный, фантастический концерт школы восточного танца «Амани»!
Парковочных мест достаточно.

Everything is fine, clean and tidy
One bad thing is that there is no cafe in the palace itself (((you can't even buy water to drink, even if the machine was put by people interested in this- the owners, pay attention, there will be a hundred percent demand!!! There are many cultural and urban, children's contests and events taking place.

Отличное место. Удоьный подъезд и парковка,правда маловатая.
Кафе на первом этаже организовывает на мероприятия.
Отличный удобный зал. Есть балкон.
Есть туалеты на каждом этаже )))

The building has been renovated. But...
why is it idle?
No events are held. There are no posters. Only on holidays and then on the street.
It seems that they built a room for a restaurant a couple of years ago with a view of Loshitsky Park, but a couple of years later it (the new one) was trashed and renovated again. Why not open something interesting in this building in the area.

Просторный большой дворец культуры. Я там присутствовал на спикинге в День Единства, когда ещё вëлся прямой эфир. Несмотрч на количество людей и погоды внутри была отличная температура, ни жарко ни холодно из-за кондëра. А сцена достаточно просторная. Рекомендую как-нибудь посетить это культурное здание

Были там с детьми на концерте, зал отличный, сидения удобные, есть широкий проход без ступнек и место для колясок людей с ограниченными возможностями.
Довелось быть за кулисами ( ребенок выступал), очень много переодевалок, удобное расположени санузлов, удобный выход на сцену, и за кулисами большое пространство, комфортно.
