A comfortable modern place. No steps (I came with a disabled child). There is a polite lady who will first check if there is a case for the organization you need, and then explain and help. There are 2 tables, 2 chairs, pens are being written, and an application form is being issued. There is even a toilet! Thanks to the Archive — after their help, my pension was added.
