A pile of snow and dirt is piled under the very tree. It is unpleasant and spoils the whole impression.
But everything is beautiful inside! There are no complaints about the reception staff. The subscriber department has 2 booths and "one window" - 2 booths. Competent specialists work at the reception. They are polite, friendly and balanced, explain everything in great detail, competently and easily. The interior is stylish, in the company colors of Minskenergo, clean, light and cozy, you can sit on the couch waiting for the reception. There is very little such center in the city of Borisov. It is necessary in different areas of the city: in zalineyny, on Brilevskaya, in the center on the avenue, for example. Why did they close the same department for Builders? Extremely unwise.
One of the significant disadvantages is the lack of a call center. It is difficult to get through to the subscriber department. The girls at the reception explain that when serving a visitor, they cannot fully answer the caller on the phone. This is understandable - they must provide high-quality service to the visitor who came in person, and not be distracted at the same time by another person's call. I would not like it if an employee, while serving me, started answering another person's call. There is always a queue. You can wait for more than an hour and this is because only 2 booths from the department are working.
