We often get there for events. It is not necessary to print the ticket, you can show it from your phone, which is convenient. The prices in the cafe are the same as everywhere else in such places. When hockey takes place, they sell the sovereigns. It was warm to sit, but we couldn't hand over our things because the wardrobes didn't work for visitors.
This is a minus, I had to undress and dump the jackets from us 4x on the next two chairs.
You can not bring water and drinks into the seats inside, keep this in mind.

I visited the Minsk Arena for the first time.
We were at Fateev's concert. The organizers of the event have a huge respect, everyone acted smoothly and clearly. It seemed that the huge queues at the entrance almost instantly, without a hitch, leaked inside.
The impression was slightly spoiled by the sight of the guys from the internal troops with unfriendly faces.

A good modern sports complex, beautiful, quite conveniently located, but:
- yesterday, the back of my chair flew off on one side during the performance (apparently, a bolt fell out), it became uncomfortable to sit. And in principle, the seats are small, the aisles are narrow, in general, cramped;
- huge queues in the women's toilet ((((
Well, make more booths there, or something...Or another one on the second floor... This fact is always frustrating.

Минск-Арена это настоящее произведение искусства!
Для тех кто в первый раз там...это восхитительный лабиринт;)
Потому лучше приехать заранее.
Есть где купить воды,кофе,сэндвичей и т.д.(с собой напитков не берите, со своим не пускают)
На удивление сделано много уборных.Для парней очередей нету...в отличие конечно от девчат по понятным причинам.Вежливый персонал.
Ещё один главный плюс это, хоть и платная, но удобная парковка.Между машинами много места.Хотя конечно сразу после концерта выехать быстро не получится...пропускная способность,что бы выехать с парковки, оставляет желать лучшего.Ну и конечно много охраны, скорой, пожарных.Всё по уму так сказать.

We were at this hotel for the first time, except for rave reviews and there is nothing to write!!! Incredibly delicious cuisine, caring restaurant staff, cleanliness and order everywhere! Yes, the rooms are modest, but large and cozy! Everything will melt, all plumbing is in good order, everything is clean and perfect. There are coolers on the floors, water in the rooms, tea kettles. There doesn't seem to be anything special, but the care of the staff and an incredibly pleasant restaurant with excellent service are beyond praise! Let's come back again!! This is not my first visit to the Minsk Arena, so my husband and I decided that we should go at least half an hour before the start of the event.
To my surprise, the inspection was carried out quickly enough, the employees are helpful, polite, and correct. Inside, the organization is also at the level: there seem to be a lot of people, but they spent little time in queues to hand over outerwear. It didn't take much time to orient yourself to find your places either: there are always workers nearby who are ready to help. After the concert, when all the spectators rush to the exit at once, there is no crush, no crowds of people! The organization of the concert is on the level!

Бывают проблемы с парковкой на мероприяьия. Но она есть!
Рядом остановка общественного транспорта .
Внутри просторно, туалеты и кафе на каждом этаже.
Плохая акустика в зале!!!!!

На 1-м этаже есть кафе, кофейня, огромный продуктовый супермаркет "Green". На 2-м развлечения для детей, батутный центр и кинозал.
Можно отдохнуть всей семьёй.
