I wanted to print out a flight document. An employee of this office, unknown to me, referred to his "internal rules". And he made up his mind that printing boarding passes is prohibited in their country. However, it was written in large letters on the document that it was not a boarding pass. And even if he were, there is no legitimate reason to refuse to provide me with this service. I do not recommend it, strange personalities work, with their own beliefs, interfering with the provision of services.
