Please don't stay at this hotel.
Even though I had made a reservation two months in advance, one week before my staying, I was suddenly told that there were no rooms available and was forced to cancel.
This hotel cannot be trusted.
A great hotel, we were very satisfied, although we doubted it until the last moment :). The staff at the reception is very pleasant and tries to help with everything. The hotel itself is small, but very nice. The rooms are as shown in the photo. We were settled much earlier, for which many thanks to the staff. The breakfasts are good. Don't wait for grouse, but there's everything you need for breakfast. Different cuts, sweets, fruits, tea and coffee. Scrambled eggs, omelets, and porridge are prepared on request. And everyone is so nice, there are no words. If someone is in doubt, like us, don't even doubt, everything is fine in this place) and of course a beautiful veranda with stunning views. The guys need to make something like a coffee shop upstairs, because now it's empty, you can just go up and look, but you want to sit there with coffee and enjoy)))
A small hotel is located near Registan Square, in the old part of the city - this is a plus. A good breakfast is very tasty pumpkin pies. Excellent terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view of the square. The rooms are strange - we had several rooms for the company - our room was hot and we were constantly ventilated, the rest of the rooms were very cold and the guys slept in their clothes. The water in the bathroom was cool all the time , taking a shower in it was cold for me. In general, the rooms are clean, the bed has a normal mattress and pillows. Polite staff .
The hotel is modest, but it is located right by Registan Square. This is the very center, as if it were located in Moscow on Red Square. The terrace on the top floor offers a stunning view of Registan Square and all the attractions. It is especially beautiful in the evening, with a backlight.
Excellent hotel, we took an economy room with a double bed, the room was very clean, including bed linen, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, smart TV, shampoos-soap-toothbrushes, combs. Two bottles of water. New towels. Wi-Fi. Room 204 is on the ground floor near the reception, the Windows overlook the street and the roofs. Everything is new, beautiful design. The breakfasts are good, everything is fresh, delicious, you will not stay hungry. Porridge, sandwiches, sliced bread, pastries, samsa, pancakes, yoghurts, various bars, waffles, fruits, nuts, dried fruits. Coffee from the coffee machine, juice, tea.
Special thanks to the administrator, my husband and I arrived at 10 a.m., we were treated to a late breakfast as a compliment, it was very pleasant. The reception is Russian-speaking, they will answer any questions. There is a terrace on the roof with a great view of the Registan, there are tables where you can drink coffee) Great photos turned out at sunset! The location of the hotel is top, everything is in close proximity, very convenient.
P. S. If you do not find Samarkand pilaf, which ends after one o'clock in the afternoon, and you arrived at lunch, then you can find it in the Labi Gor restaurant (a whole portion of 70,000 grams) across the street from the Registan observation deck, then 100 meters to the right, well it's just a tip)
A nice hotel. With a stunning rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view. Good location. A good breakfast. Good-natured staff. The number was a little upset. There is no safe. The furniture is somewhat tired. But of course the towels should be replaced with them. I got hit with a huge hole. Therefore, 5 * does not raise the hand to put.
A great cozy mini-hotel in the very center of Samarkand, overlooking the Registan. The staff is super, the rooms are fresh and cozy. There is breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, juices, local pies, tea, coffee. They can arrange a transfer to a'port. There is an outdoor terrace on the roof with a view of the Registan complex and parking. There is a Shohjahon Restaurant within a 5-minute walk.
Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, very neat, room cleaning is perfect and the rooms themselves are fresh, the location is very good. They gave very good recommendations in terms of choosing places with local cuisine, helped with the transfer to Tashkent airport for a nominal fee. Only one positive impression🥇
The plumbing problem was in the room. Water was constantly flowing in the toilet tank, it was impossible to take a shower. Water was running down the bathroom wall and onto the floor.
The service, the breakfasts, the location is excellent. It's just great.
Nice hotel, located just behind Registan Square. I.e. 5 min walk to the main entrance. The rooms are good. The only thing missing is the hooks in the bathroom. And those rooms that are located next to the entrance are not very good, you can hear everything from the reception desk when they talk and walk there. Ask for a room on the second floor. The breakfast is good, the girls in the restaurant offer a choice of eggs or porridge, so you will get everything hot. There is a terrace on the roof with stunning views. I was on my birthday, but the hotel doesn't pay attention to it:-(
We stayed at the hotel in August 2022. Very nice hotel, clean, tidy, the room has everything you need. The excellent location of the hotel is right in the heart of the historical center of the city, with a very beautiful view from the veranda. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff - kind and helpful people who are ready to help in any situation. Thank you so much for the rest! Well, breakfast is a song! We have not seen such a variety of dishes even at 5*! Everything is so delicious! Special thanks and a low bow for the breakfasts! If you still have the opportunity to visit this wonderful country and magnificent Samarkand, we will stay only at this hotel. We recommended it to all our friends and acquaintances, advised them to come to Uzbekistan and definitely to Samarkand to touch the centuries-old history of Central Asia. Many thanks to all the hotel staff! All the best and prosperity!
It is hardly possible to get something closer to Registan.
The breakfast is delicious, the view from the terrace is as good as possible. I liked the room with a view, but it was twice as expensive than without a view, but the evening was worth it. You can take it twice cheaper, spend the evening and breakfast on the terrace, the view is better, we were alone in the evening and in the morning. By the way, part of the square and part of the Madrasah will be visible. Don't expect a helicopter view.
An excellent Hotel, all the sights are within walking distance, you can drink coffee or tea, which are served at any time of the day for free, overlooking the main square of Samarkand. The staff is as loyal and responsive as possible, the price tag for the hotel is acceptable, the price is quality. The room is clean, everything you need is available. We had a rest in February 2023. Tomorrow is a good buffet.
The hotel is located right next to the Registan square.
From the top floor, or rather from the roof, there is a gorgeous view where you can drink coffee and smoke.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are beautifully decorated.
Very close, 5-10 minutes on foot, you can walk to Registan Square, a tourist fishing rod with many shops.
There is also a bazaar nearby where you can buy dried fruits, ceramics, embroidery and much more.
Excellent location.
Not a bad hotel. It is located next to the Registan. You can go for a walk in the Registan, but for a fee. In the hotel itself, the breakfasts are not very tasty. There is a cafe in the warmer months on the roof overlooking the Registan.
Great hotel! Polite staff, arrived at 9 a.m., we were immediately checked in, offered to go for breakfast until the end of cleaning the room. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from Registan Square, close to shops, market, cafes. The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy.
A very nice hotel, the upstairs terrace is a great solution. It's so nice to sit there in the evening with a cup of tea and a gorgeous view of the Registan
The hotel looks good. It is located in the historical center, next to the Registan. The service is very simple, but the staff is friendly and eager to help. Room cleaning is carried out at the request of the reception, if you do not ask, they will not be cleaned by default, but you need to know about this in advance.
The sound insulation of the rooms is zero. Next door in the room, the couple played intimate music all night (seemingly quietly) and made love. It seemed like all this was happening in our bed. Fortunately, they were not enough for the next 2 nights. The breakfast is unpretentious, but quite good. Three stars with a minus, I think.
If you have arrived /arrived in Samarkand, you are trying to find a good best hotel with a great location, you are definitely here. You don't even have to look for anything else.
This is a small , 2-storey hotel. The location is great. There is an exit to the roof (photos are laid). Room 205 is nice and clean (photo). The breakfasts are good , even excellent . The staff did well. We stayed for 4 days.
A good hotel, worth the money. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from all the key attractions, you can have a coffee with a view of the main square of Samarkand, in the evening it is very beautiful. Coffee and tea are free all day long. The staff is as loyal and responsive as possible. The rooms are good, but without complaints, after all, this is not a big hotel. Breakfast is included, with a good buffet. In general, if you want to see Samarkand and that everything would be nearby, then you are here.
The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. We settled for the roof terrace, the view is cool, the room also had a view of the landmark. Not a convenient entrance, no ramp, no elevator
Very convenient location the room is clean comfortable compact especially the repstesh helped us in everything and polite and the most at the right moment is the terrace the view is magnificent I recommend it to everyone
The best hotel in Samarkand!!! The staff is wonderful, the kitchen is excellent. Many thanks to Amir, he is the best person who will always help in any matter!!! We recommend this wonderful hotel, the Minor Hotel.
Everything is wonderful, friendly staff, relatively neat and clean rooms. In general, the price-quality ratio is more than enough for your money. There is a huge BUT - this is a gorgeous view from the veranda of one of the sights of the city - Registan.

A cozy place, convenient location, attentive staff, delicious and hearty breakfasts....
I recommend.
The hotel is on the opposite side of the Registan, you need to walk just a couple of minutes. From the top there is a great view and from the corner rooms the area is also visible) the breakfast is delicious, eggs, porridge, cheese, sausage, pastries with meat, and sweet, vegetables, fruits..we were very satisfied)
The room itself is clean, there are all hygiene items, only bathrobes are missing.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, if something is missing in the room, you can always contact)
The noise from the corridor is certainly audible, if the sleep is light, it is better to take earplugs with you. The water went badly in the washbasin, but this is also a small thing, there were no problems with water in the bathtub)
Location-fire. Near Registan. It was visible from the windows of the room. There is also a good observation deck on the roof of the hotel. The hotel has excellent breakfasts. The rooms are nice, require a little makeup.
The hotel is just super in terms of location and room, especially deluxe with a view of Registan, I managed to visit different cities of Uzbekistan (Bukhara, Khiva, Urgench, etc.) of the same level, but this one left the most pleasant impressions, so if next time to Samarkand, then only here. It's a pity that we managed to try breakfast, the departure to the airport was early.
A wonderful hotel!
Luxurious location (300 meters to the entrance of the Midrasah)
Cozy rooms (gels, shampoos, slippers)
A very tasty (homemade) breakfast
A beautiful highway overlooking the main sights of the city.
I highly recommend this boutique hotel
A lovely small hotel near Registan Square. There is a terrace with a view of the Registan. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. I highly recommend it.
An amazing hotel, with clean rooms, excellent breakfasts, attentive staff. The rest was amazing and I really hope to come back again. Many thanks to the owners and staff of the hotel, you are wonderful people. Thank you very much)))
The staff is very polite and courteous. The hotel is small but cozy, and most importantly, almost on Registan Square, It can be seen even from the window and of course from the observation deck on the roof of the hotel.
The hotel is good! There are some problems with plumbing (the shower is leaking), which is strange, because everything is done quite expensively and efficiently. Checked in numbers 502,402, 202. But, in general, it did not spoil the impression. Otherwise, no complaints.
The hotel is wonderful! The location, the rooms (we managed to live in both double and triple rooms), the food is delicious, a pleasant smell is felt from the doorstep, but special thanks to the staff. What pleasant, polite, hospitable, helpful people!!! I definitely recommend the Minor Hotel!!!
Very good location! The attitude of the staff is beyond praise! I'm so sorry that I didn't take a picture of the breakfast that they set for us especially for us!
A wonderful hotel!!! Very tasty and varied breakfasts, "like at home"!
Beautiful view of the city from the room! And the roof is just a fairy tale, it's so nice to drink a glass of wine or a teapot of delicious tea in the evening while admiring the panorama of the Old Town! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel!!!! We will definitely come back!
We stayed with my wife in mid-January, booked at the booking office. What was our surprise when we decided to leave a review there, and it was automatically already written and published on our behalf! (Of course, there were 10 out of 10 and "a very tasty breakfast and a comfortable bed." At least you have studied the grammar of the Russian language)
So, the only advantages of this hotel are the location and renovation. That's it.
Breakfasts seem to be nothing, but every day is the same, not to say that we are gourmets, but breakfast is really boring and monotonous. (The only thing was, there was a very nice woman there)
The room was well renovated, but before our check-in, even the garbage from the previous tenants was not removed, the glasses were dirty, there was no tea and coffee in the room. (For a moment, the hotel was EMPTY because of the cold weather, two rooms were occupied at most. Didn't you have time to clean it? No. The service is just lame)
It was very cold in the room, they asked for a heater. But the water in the taps was slightly warm, they wanted to warm up in the bathroom after a walk, but it was useless, they were rather frozen.
And most importantly: upon check-in, we immediately asked if it would be possible to extend our room for another half day, of course we will pay for everything? (The train was at two o'clock in the morning, they did not want to wander the streets until that time, and the cold was terrible)
In response, they said, "no problem, you will come on the day of eviction"
As a result, the extension of the room was until 18:00! That is, check-in is at 14:00, and half of the day ends at 18:00 instead of 2 a.m. And for these 6 hours, we were charged half of the daily stay. What kind of nonsense is this anyway? We tried to negotiate normally, they say, how can it be that half of your day is 6 hours instead of 12, to which we received the answer "it's hard for us now, they say we need money. And at 12 o'clock in the morning we won't be able to check in anyone."
Sorry, of course, but THE HOTEL WAS EMPTY! There was no queue on the street for those who wanted to check in, even at 18:00
As a result, we had no choice and had to pay for a full day so as not to wander through the frosty streets waiting for the train.
Beastly! We do not recommend it!
A very pleasant place with polite and friendly staff. The cozy and beautiful atmosphere, the view from the roof of the Registan is very beautiful. I recommend it 100%. P.S. The breakfast is great.
