When I called the hotline, she told me the bus broke down, so she was also rude, I say that the car bus passed by and I was late for the train and for work. To which the dispatcher on the hotline replied to me, do what you want and write wherever you want. Everyone also saw that the bus did not go to the park, but to the terminal station Minsk - Yuzhny. He just didn't want to stop. Why do we have a bus schedule, why the dispatcher on the hotline does not try for passengers, but covers the negligence and not the responsibility of bus drivers. When the driver left the park, he did not check the serviceability of the bus, why the bus that (somehow broke down) did not have a light in the cabin, the route number did not burn, and how and why the bus with a flat tire went to the final station, and not the emergency one arrived. After all, the transport is not working properly, this is an emergency on the road. So we conclude that the car was in good working order. This is a no-brainer. And today I'm on the robot, but if I'm three hours late, they will completely deprive me of my bonus. And the store won't open on time because I'm the first cashier on shift. Please take action on the negligence of the driver and not the responsibility of the hotline dispatcher.
