A lovely small guest house with 7 rooms. Comfortable rooms with all amenities - beds that sleep very well, TV, refrigerator, table, private shower/toilet, air conditioning. There are two fully equipped kitchens on site - stoves, refrigerator, microwave, a full set of good dishes for cooking and eating. A small well-maintained area - fruit trees and tables with chairs for relaxing. There is a barbecue and Parking for 5-6 cars. Amazing hostess Jeanne!!! An incredibly pleasant and very considerate woman. She is almost invisible, but she is always there, in touch and on the guest's side. She met us late at night - for which special thanks! There are no interruptions to water and electricity. There are three shops nearby and a small cafe where you can eat or order takeaway. Few places accept cards, they like cash more. The sea is 3 minutes away!!! The beach is wide and pebbly. There are practically no people. Compared to Sochi, it's quiet and smooth))) The sea is warm, sometimes it gets a little worried, the approach is not very convenient - rocks, the depth starts in 3 meters))) The beach is unequipped, but there is a rental of saps, banana, cheesecake. Sukhum is 20 minutes away. The roads in Abkhazia are gorgeous - wide and empty))) there are, of course, reckless drivers, but they are pretty neat. There are a lot of cows that walk wherever they want, including on the roadsides. I highly recommend the guest house!!! Such a lovely island of hospitality and tranquility! A wonderful and unforgettable vacation in a cozy place for a perfectly reasonable price. Clean and comfortable rooms with amenities and excellent conditions for those who spend a family vacation. Wonderful and extremely good-natured hosts who are always ready to help you solve any problem, especially in terms of everyday life. The sea is within walking distance. We highly recommend it. This year we visited for the second time and in the future we will rest only here.

Thanks for the rest! For the warm friendly attitude! Of the cons: the neighbor's cats were in the way, which had to be chased from the kitchen. And it is somewhat difficult to get used to the rough traffic on the road that you need to cross-run to get to the beach.
