We had a rest in Radiant in the period 5.07-15.07 with two families. I can say in one word, this is a paradise for family holidays. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, the hotel itself is located 10 meters from the sea, the hotel territory is guarded, if you decide to come by car, you don't have to worry about it, video surveillance is conducted around the clock. As for nutrition, I recommend small portions, but everything is very tasty. In the evening, you can roast shish kebabs on the grill, there is a barbecue area. I would like to express my gratitude to Radoman, a jack of all trades, he will always help if you need help and a good interlocutor. Special thanks to the cook and the officers, who are very attentive to their guests. I would also like to thank Vladimir, who kept order on the beach. Umbrellas and sun beds were always on the beach from 8 am. And of course, special thanks to Karen and Fedor, these guys will not let you get bored, they will take you on the speedboat Handsome, all along the coast of Gagra, organize swimming with dolphins in the open sea. Summing up my response, I want to thank the hostess of this paradise, Inga Dmitrievna, thanks to her and her entire team, our vacation was a success, I want to come here again and again. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely come back to you.

Inga Dmitrievna - we contacted her via watsapp- offered us a suite with a sea view. We paid 30%, and deposited the remaining balance upon arrival. No complaints! We met like family!

We stayed at the hotel in 2021. We liked the close location to the sea, the hotel is located on the first line. One of the disadvantages is the humidity in the room, not very friendly staff. At the reception they do not meet with a glass of champagne, as it is written on the website))) In my opinion, no one cares about you there at all))) Although in Abkhazia, in principle, the people are not friendly. I strongly recommend that no one book a transfer from the hotel.We ordered and paid the full amount of 6500r .We were supposed to be met in Adler at the railway station, taken to the hotel and taken to Adler station upon departure from the hotel.As a result, when we met, we waited for the driver at the train station for more than 1.5 hours. The car is all dead, dirty, dirty, and the driver's driving style is just terrible: he flew at a furious speed along the oncoming lane on serpentines, overtaking a stream of cars..On the way back, the story repeated itself.The driver was more than an hour late.And then he threw us out with our belongings and children into the roadway under the wheels of other cars.He pointed to another car and said my brother will take you further.We moved into another car, in which the first passenger seat was occupied and the four of us had to shower in the back seat.The second driver, who was asked by our paid driver, did not know this guy, and he just told him that he had a grief and he could not take us any further.In short, I will not describe our terrible path further.We dragged across the border with suitcases in our hands and were late for Adler at the appointed time.The management of the hotel does not respond to our letters with a claim, and does not return money for an unproven and paid service.To be honest, we are shocked by their behavior, because we paid them the money in full when ordering the transfer, and the driver threw us on the road and left.!Therefore, I would like to warn you not to contact this hotel and their transfer!It's all smearing and lawlessness.

The Radiant Hotel is a wonderful Mini hotel! There are at most 15-18 numbers in it. It stands on the seashore! There is no need to cross any road! I left the hotel and after 25 meters the sea! Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge! 3 meals a day for 4 are provided for you! The food does not let go, but it is enough from breakfast to lunch and from lunch to dinner. Breakfast from 09:00 to 10:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00, dinner from 18:00 to 19:00. If it's not enough for anyone, then there are shops and a couple of cheap cafes opposite. We personally only went to get tea rolls. You can drink tea in the room, there is a kettle, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, toilet in new marble tiles, not rolled furniture. We liked it. We had a rest in August 2021. We were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm. The beach is clean. There was a storm, a lot of grass and sticks washed ashore, but the hotel staff raked everything into a pile and cleaned it up! It was nice that the beach was clean! The staff is decent! The room was cleaned every day! If possible, I will definitely come to this hotel! Not 5 🌟, but it's still cozy, clean and safe! I recommend it!
