It's a terrible place. It's not worth the money. They taught themselves high stars.
Repairs have not been done for 20-30 years. Everything is done as cheaply as possible. The hood in the shower broke down, apparently, during the reign of Tsar Peas. All the moisture goes into the room, which causes the windows in the room to fog up and even the floors near the window to get wet. It's very uncomfortable.
Slippers and a bathrobe were not given out. There is no hair dryer, as well as an iron for ironing. Shampoo and shower gel are not renewed the next day.
There wasn't even a new roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in. There was only a single 90% unwound roll stub on the toilet tank, apparently inherited from past visitors. Disgusting and unpleasant. So be ready to go and buy everything yourself, you weren't expected here)))
When people are walking on the floor above, you can hear terrible footsteps. It seems like they're about to fall on your head. The neighbors can be heard through the wall in the same way. Every oh and every sigh. There is no sound insulation at all. A cardboard house.
The furniture is old, everything is soaked with age.
The mattress is on the bed.....my back hurt for a long time from it.
The lock of the room is kept on the word of honor. Valuables should not be left behind.
The worst thing is if you find a room near the communal kitchen. All the flavors (delicious and not so good) of fried food are drawn straight into the room. Your things in the room will stink like after a cheap canteen. And why? But because everything is done as shabbily and cheaply as possible. And the kitchen didn't take care of a good extractor hood.
Everything is as gobby as possible, as long as you take the money and not a small one. And for this money, you can rent, for example, a well-renovated apartment in the Crimea, and not like a dumpster with a view of a neighbor's garden.

We spent the night recently, in March.
Of the advantages: quiet, calm. Guarded territory around the clock. Security CHOP.
The room has an electric kettle, dishes, no appliances, mini fridge, towels.
Of the cons:
Lack of Parking spaces, not fresh bed linen. We noticed a few female hairs on it. Poor Internet (Wi-Fi), lack of disposable hotel slippers, shower doors do not close well. The lower part of the doors is hanging out, not being in the groove of the guides. When closing, I received a strong blow to my leg. Overpriced prices for the most ordinary room. There was no inspection of the room as such . They opened the door, said "here's your number" and demanded money in advance.

I liked everything at the Dynasty Hotel, except for the toilet - there is very little space near the heater, both for adults and for children. If the heater is turned on, you can get burned!
