Great location, close to the sea, comfortable rooms and affordable price. The rooms have all the amenities (air conditioning, TV, dryer, hair dryer, toilet, shower). Also on the floor (ironing board with iron, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, clothes dryer). The hospitable host, the cleaner washed the floors in the corridors daily. We will come back more than once.

We rested in this mini-hotel 2 times. In 2022 and in 2023. In 2022 we were in an attic room, we didn't really like it, it was cramped, stuffy and there was no balcony. But then we were so tired of the road and the fact that we found this place in September is just a gift. Thanks to Vladimir, the owner of the hotel. In 2023, we rested on the 2nd floor, in a large room with balconies. I liked everything except the sofa, which was unfolded. It is not designed for this. It is impossible to sleep together on it. Everything else is fine. There is a refrigerator, dishes and clean bed linen. Wonderful cats, affectionate, walk around the territory. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the sea is just around the corner. But, unfortunately, they caught rotavirus, like 99% of vacationers this year, but this is not a question for the owner of course. Thanks for the rest.

Clean, cozy, great view! We had a rest in January 2022. The hostess is a very good organizer, and the person is excellent))) On the territory of the hotel (more precisely, from the guest house) there is a cafe with good cuisine (the hostess cooks with the cook not only for guests, but also for her family! They don't make a difference)! I recommend it to everyone, honestly! There is no deception, which is often written about after a vacation in Abkhazia!

In principle, a good guest house . We took a huge room of 23 square meters . The cost is 3700 per day . The room has a large bed, three armchairs, a small sofa, a good smart TV, a refrigerator, a bedside table and a wardrobe. A balcony with a dryer. There is a microwave and a kettle on the floor. The hosts are friendly. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. I took off one star for the fact that for this money you can still provide toilet paper and organize cleaning at least once every two days . Also, if you are with a small child, there is one caveat. The owners have a cafe with live music right there in the courtyard and from 19 to 23 the music plays quite loudly.

We stayed in this guest house in 2021, we liked everything, the hosts are hospitable, good rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi to the beach 50 meters away, as well as our cafe with delicious food (we did not find it better in Gagra) and a cheerful evening cafe on the second floor with karaoke) everything is cool this year we are going back to them.

We rested here from September 5 to September 14, 2021. I liked everything very much! Hospitable and unobtrusive hosts, a clean and cozy room with everything you need for comfortable accommodation, a wonderful location, everything is nearby, 50 meters from the sea! We will recommend it to all friends, relatives and acquaintances!!!
