Employees need to learn from other online parts stores. They really don't care that your order has been canceled and no one will call or write to you, but you have to maniacally update your personal account to find out about an order that doesn't go to you - they just say "you have a personal account, see for yourself." They also never monitor the refusals of suppliers, the delivery time of the order has already passed, but it has not arrived yet, and then there is a cancellation and no one will inform you again.
