Everything is fine. We rented different apartments here, they are all identical, there is everything you need, the location for relaxation is good, there is a pool right on the shore. You can swim in both fresh water (very warm even in the cold season) and salt water. The only slight inconvenience is that this is the very end of the palm tree, of course it's a long way to go, but we like it here. The apartment itself has a full-fledged apartment for a long stay. The owners are different, but everything was great everywhere. The price is always adequate
We lived in this house twice - in the 24th year in the 205 apartment, in the 25th year in the 805. A place with great views of: palm tree, sail, Ferris wheel. Taking into account the traffic jams of the 25th year, it takes quite a long time to get there based on Dubai standards. On this petal alone, 10-12 minutes in your free time, from 15 to 25 minutes on Fri-Sat evenings.
There is a private pool for a strong 4. In the 24th month of April, swimming near the beach was comfortable, in the 25th of February there was a decent amount of mud and a constant low tide + children complained of itching after playing in the sand, which was accompanied by an incomprehensible allergy to those parts of the body that came into contact with sand and water.
The renovation was far from the first freshness, the plumbing in both rooms left much to be desired.
There is an underground parking, parking places on the street can also always be found.
Construction started nearby just a few weeks ago. It is unclear how wide the scale is, but now, obviously, the "piling" work will begin.
Rent has risen significantly over the year, with an average of 1,200aed per day per 2bedroom
Good location! It's like in paradise - parrots are flying, birds are singing, white and gray herons are walking along the shore! The water is great! There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby! Sunsets are impressive!
Cons: there are few sun beds by the pool, the adjacent beach is not cleaned.
