A nice, family-run small hotel. Clean, cozy. The room is well renovated, kettle, TV, air conditioning, everything is there. The hotel is located in the old district of the city, very close to the center, within walking distance. The owners of the hotel, Georgy and Tamara, are very hospitable. Russian Russian is spoken and Russian people are welcome, which is important. George can conduct excursions. We went to Mtskheta, I really liked it, on a personal transfer. George brought them to very interesting places. When we left, we were presented with homemade wine. Recommend 👍🏻

A wonderful small hotel in the center of Tbilisi, behind the Presidential Palace. There is a cozy courtyard inside. There is a place where you can drink coffee and tea. The friendly hosts Tamara and George will tell you how to walk or get to any of the city's attractions. The room has everything you need, and you can also use the large hall. I really liked the hotel. I advise you to stop.Thank you.

A great, warm place, with wonderful hosts and location) the room is well renovated, clean, towels are changed almost regularly. There were no problems with hot water, the only thing is that there is a boiler there, it seems to me, so you need to wait a little for the water to heat up. The air conditioner works, it's quiet at night, I've never woken up at night during my stay at the hotel.
Georgy and Tamara are friendly and hospitable people.
There is almost everything nearby: metro, canteen, restaurant, church, round-the-clock spa, Rike Park, etc.

This hotel is Georgia!!!
I do not know if there is a place in the world more cozy and warmer than this wonderful hotel.
Good furniture and decor. There is a kitchen, as well as a small courtyard. The location is very convenient, "Here is Kura, and here is your house."
But a separate joy is, of course, Tamara and George. Thank you so much for these wonderful days!

The hotel is wonderful!
Tomara and George (the hosts) are very hospitable!
They gave me homemade wine, which is very tasty by the way.
The location of the hotel is convenient. 7 minutes from the metro. Shops are all close, cafes and restaurants are not far away.
Do not be afraid of what is in the hotel's circle.

A small, private and sooooo pleasant mini-hotel. The owners are a married couple - Georgy and Tamara. They were incredibly hospitable, sociable, very emotional (our flight was delayed and we were constantly in touch with Tamara). A welcome bottle of wonderful, delicious, Georgian homemade wine from the owners finally won my heart). The hotel has a lot of regular guests, which indicates a high level. The rooms are very clean, air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, tea and coffee are unlimited) ironing board and iron are available, I write for those who like me in a tank and carry everything with them))) I recommend it!

A place with an amazing aura, you feel at home! It is clean, cozy, has everything you need (air conditioning, towels, kettle, refrigerator, wi-fi). Tamara and George are very hospitable, always ready to help. The location of the hotel is good, there are shops, exchangers, cafes, metro nearby. Rike Park is about a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. I recommend staying here, you will feel the same Georgian hospitality :)

Very nice hotel! The rooms are fresh, renovated, everything is clean. The rooms have a wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, bed, bedside tables, TV, kettle, bottled water, tea, sugar, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator, small dryer on the balcony. There is a shared access to a microwave oven, an iron, a cooler with boiling water, a shared table in the courtyard where you can sit at any time of the day. Very friendly and helpful hosts Georgy and Tamara. We liked it so much that we stayed at this hotel again on the way home

If you want to find out what real Georgian hospitality is, then definitely only here!
Tamara and George will welcome you as family, they will definitely raise a glass for you and say great toasts!
The rooms are very cozy and clean, there is everything you need to stay!
Tamara and George also cook churchkhela, wine and chacha on their own - we have personally seen the quality of which, and the price is magical!

Ohhhh.... What can I say? Everything is just at the highest level!
Thanks to George and Tamara for such a warm and sincere welcome!
We were greeted like family!!! They fed and watered him (George makes very tasty wine himself!) and they showed the most beautiful places in Tbilisi (for an additional feepayment), where even the guides do not take you. George is a very careful driver, which is important in Georgia.
There were people in the hotel who return to Georgy and Tamara every year! It was very nice to sit down in the evening to chat and meet new people!
About the hotel itself: freshly renovated, comfortable bed, air conditioning and refrigerator in the room work perfectly, there is always hot water. The rooms are cleaned, the bed and towels are changed. There is also a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for such hospitality! We will recommend you to EVERYONE!!

If you want to feel the cordiality and hospitality of the Georgian people, then you definitely need this hotel. There is no feeling that you live in a hotel, here you get into the house of your relatives, who surround you with care from the first to the last minute. Comfortable conditions, good location - 7 minutes walk to the cable car.
