They don't even issue a receipt for the service rendered. Doctor Svetlana Zhuravskaya terribly pierces the ears of children. He shouts at the customers. She does not know how to work with young children and find an approach to them. Her method of piercing the ears of children and the reaction to tears: "This is an ordinary tantrum, Hold the child by force, firmly, now we will prick the second ear." The second ear, of course, was pierced very painfully (40 minutes of tears from the pain of the child) and crookedly. I do not advise contacting this Institution. We were very disappointed.
