Nice hotel. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous. Varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious. There is a shower and a bathtub. Kettle, iron, yes.
Beautiful view from the 9th floor.
Friendly service, always help,
There is a swimming pool and a small children's area. Trampoline.
The embankment is 40 minutes away by bus or 15-20 minutes by car. The airport is 40 AED away.
If you buy a bus pass at the airport, it is generally very comfortable to drive.
A very nice hotel. The breakfasts are good. The pool is cool ) the staff is friendly. From the staff, I want to single out Honey, who is at the reception, how to go to the gym. I suggested everything , I helped everything . A very nice and nice girl .
The hotel is simply disgusting! I do not advise you to settle there. They practice extorting money from the client due to breakdowns. I booked a regular room, but when I arrived, they didn't have any rooms, considering that it had already been paid for. They reluctantly put me in a suite for free, and the next day they moved me into a regular one. So after more than a day, I went down for coffee, the manager came up to me and started accusing me of breaking the lamp and demanded 700 derhamm. I said that I should have told them yesterday, and not more than a day later, to which they began to tell me that they were allegedly looking for me, although I myself screamed 5 times at the reception so that they would bring me bath accessories and an iron. In general, and in general, I refused to pay for the lamp. They started threatening me with the police, which in the end was never called.
And later I found out that in the UAE it is a constant practice in hotels. Therefore, you can understand what impression I got from the strangeness. Well done guys, you disgraced your country. Ugh!
Well, my husband and I didn't really like the hotel.
There was a 32-hour transfer to Abu Dhabi and we took a room to spend the night at this hotel.
The room was taken for smokers, because I smoke and I did not want to smoke outside, so as not to annoy the Arabs.
Of the cons:
1. Mold in the bathroom on the tile!!!
2. Half of the locker doors do not open.
3. old, shabby furniture, burnt sofa, carpet all stained.
4. Bath accessories were not put in the bathroom for two, but only for one (there was 1 foot towel and 1 body towel), we had to ask the maid, we were lucky, she cleaned the next room.
also, I had to ask the maid for 2 sets of dental cleaning supplies, they were stupidly not put in the room, and there was only 1 set for personal hygiene, although the room was designed and booked for two.
5. There were no bathrobes in the room.
6. There are few dishes to choose from at the breakfast buffet and it is terribly cold in the room itself that we simply did not finish our meal and went to warm up in the room.
7. And one of the important disadvantages, in my opinion, is the lack of an Internet browser or youtube on the TV, all channels are in Arabic.
If you are not an Arab, the TV in the room is a useless dust collector, which is also crookedly cheerful.
Yes, I'm stuffy, but in a room for 12+ k per night I want other conditions and service.
A very poor breakfast, there is always something missing (not even oatmeal). The staff runs all the time, and the efficiency is minimal. At the same time, the hotel is very beautiful!!! Very nice people at the Reception.
The hotel is 5 stars, but pulls only 3. Somewhat "tired" inside, the pool is "be", the quality of service - also pulls only 3 points. One of the advantages is the cost. In principle, the cost corresponds to the level and quality of the place.
