A solid clinic, courteous staff, a cozy lobby and tea in addition. But there is one thing. The nurse got into my veins from the 3rd time, moreover, puncturing two of them through. Either my veins failed me (although the laboratory technicians in the clinics had no complaints about them), or the nurse was not experienced. The latter version is more plausible for me.

1. The entrance to the "clinic" does not provide conditions for lifting people with limited mobility (moving with the help of crutches, canes, joint stiffness).
2. There is no button to invite staff to lift in a wheelchair.
3. The reception staff does not conduct a conversation before signing the informed consent (incompetent, there is no authorized medical staff). They urge you to sign the consent ultimatum.
4. The conditions for obtaining a conclusion for patients undergoing MHI examination differ from those on a paid basis (indefinitely longer). This is a blatant injustice: patients are the same and the result is equally necessary for everyone; reimbursement for MSHI does not differ from paid services.
5. The "wardrobe" in the control room also does not provide for use by persons with limited mobility. Replacement shoes are offered in the form of a single pair of slates, which is completely hygienic.
6. The data from previous studies, although their need for recording is stipulated, are not of interest to anyone and are not accepted for comparison and evaluation of dynamics.
