Of the advantages, the average price compared to other similar hotels, polite staff, parking and a convenient location for me, there are no more advantages, the cons are dead rooms, the faucet in the shower had to turn it up to stop running, a pretty dead room (maybe I was so unlucky of course), missing noise insulation between the rooms with all the ensuing, the presence of foreign odors in the room (the extractor hood in the bathroom either does not work or it is cleaned haphazardly), the absence of a microwave in the room and at least not a large refrigerator (since they do not have their own dining room, this is inconvenient). Next time I'm in Semey city, I won't stay here, I'd rather look for another place.
The room is a junior suite, but the air conditioner does not work, they gave the fan, it does not work. It's very uncomfortable in the heat. The staff is polite, but they don't know where the cafe is or how to make food delivery. There is no cafe or buffet at the hotel.
I came to the hotel 2 times, the first time there was a gorgeous large room, but from about 20 o'clock to 03 o'clock it was impossible to sleep because karaoke was heard. And if at 20 o'clock people were still trying to sing, then by three o'clock in the morning it was sad to listen to these howls. On my second visit, I asked to be accommodated away from karaoke, and suddenly I was offered a junior suite for the price tag of the suite, without warning, but in principle it was normal, but karaoke was not heard.
The best hotel I've ever been to. Good, responsive,qualified service staff. Comfortable, clean, smoke-free rooms. Beautiful design. Convenient check-in, the time spent at the hotel is considered in fact from the moment of check-in. Rated 10/10

I was only at the hotel, there is also a bar there, I did not visit it. It seems that in the city of Semey they do not know what service and maintenance are, but I liked this hotel, first of all for its cleanliness. But it doesn't pull in five stars. I've been to Semey five times, until I couldn't find a better place to spend the night.
There is no hot water in the mess. There is hair everywhere in the hotel. There is dust everywhere, the administrator is a liar. They won't give you slippers until you ask. Although it is necessary to immediately give out disposable slippers and personal hygiene products. I don't advise you.
The staff is trying very hard, but the hotel itself is terrible. And there is a karaoke club behind the wall until 3 am. The plumbing is assembled from just about anything.

Clean, cozy. 5 min drive to the shopping center. Karaoke on the ground floor is open until 12 a.m. or later, but personally I was so tired after the trip that it didn't stop me from falling asleep.
