In this store, I found a way to replenish my own list of construction tools: I buy at a discount what I need and have never regretted it.

There are practically no queues at the ticket offices. It was only here that I could find fasteners for installing timber into concrete bases. Actively engaged in repairs, I had to visit this store three times in a short time and this experience, to put it mildly, disappointed.
1) During the first visit, I was faced with the fact that the employees (those with whom I talked, anyway) do not know what and where is located in the store, as well as what the mounts for beacons and the damper tape are. Several times I was pointed to different corners of the store and these movements took a lot of time. Also, during the same visit, I wanted to buy a brush for "liquidation" and a broom, but it turned out that there was no brush anywhere (according to the employees, it was the last one and they did not know where it was), and the brooms looked like they had been working hard for several years.
2) Based on this experience, next time I decided to place an order through an online store. Here it's time for tricks with the "Pay" system. For the first time, as a result, I just had to pay with a card. Today I paid through "Pay" at 13.35. at 17.30 I arrived to pick up the goods, but they told me that it had not been paid and demanded payment. Fortunately, I was smart enough to insist, we checked everything and found out that there was still a payment, and so the payment would have been double. An employee in the pickup department worked with papers at such a speed as if she was performing a solemn ceremony (she had to stand there for about 20 minutes to pick up a small order). At the exit from the pick-up point, a guard called out to me with the phrase "hey, guy, what do you have there, where are you going?" To say that "poking" is extremely annoying is to say nothing
The only plus is a large selection and small queues, but there is certainly no desire to visit this particular store

I thought I would save my time and order a cut of plywood in size, so that I wouldn't bother with milling the edges myself, I spent a little money on cutting and an hour of waiting time, I got this result: in the photo ... I'm shocked, I get a jigsaw without chips, but here on the formatnik so;(and the master assured that this is normal))))) and the plywood is cut without trimming… I didn't want to rattle my nerves and took it as it is. As a result, nerves, time and money were spent and cut, plus damaged plywood.... Draw conclusions....

I can't understand why there is a height limiter at the entrance to the open parking lot!!!? 2.2 meters are "Waiting for" many "beads". I drove a Renault master, drove under a rubber height limiter with a margin of 5 cm, and the back of the body "scraped" the roof over a metal fence, possibly due to the fact that the asphalt after parking with a slight slope. Замечательный магазин, на порядок выше своих конкурентов. Не хочу обидеть другие магазины, но соотношение цены и перечень товара гораздо лучше. Многие товары по сантехнике есть только в этом магазине и на рынке. Акции по многим позициям электро товаров и инструментов постоянно обновляются и приятно удивляют. Лично я пользуюсь постоянно магазином на Каменногорскай. Рекомендую.
