Excellent location of the hotel, just a few minutes walk from the center. The room stock is located on the 1st or even on the "semi-first" floor. The rooms have everything you need, according to the hotel category. We had breakfast included, it was given to us at the reception in containers: it was quite satisfying and varied (breakfast for two in the photo). Pleasant and friendly receptionists at the reception.

Good location of the hotel, pretty clean. The rooms are of course too small and there is no battery in the bathroom. But the price/quality ratio is adequate. If we consider the option of staying for 1-2 days, then it's perfect

Take a photo of the review right away. It is unclear why the booking has such a high rating. Look at the reviews on the maps, there are both ratings and reviews corresponding to reality. About the hotel: They immediately demanded a "deposit" of 20 thousand tenge, allegedly for a minibar. Then they gave out the keys to the room. After opening the "room" we woke up abruptly: the view from the window, stated in the description as "on the patio" in reality turned out to be a view of a garbage dump, an extension (see photo). There is no daylight coming through this dump. We immediately demanded to change the room, to which we were given a card from another room in a few seconds. At the same time, approaching the reception, we heard a conversation between the girl at the reception and the maid, "what did they want, a view of the mountains?" I'm sorry, but definitely not to the landfill! Now in order: 1. The size of the room is 10 meters at most, not stated in any way 18: there is only a bed and a bedside table in which there is a refrigerator. 2. There is a refrigerator, but it is turned off because the plug does not fit into the outlet. We call the reception again. 3. There is zero noise insulation, all conversations in the copy room are audible. 4. If you do not open the window before leaving, damp, stale air will be expected upon return. Vetilation 0. 5. Breakfast: very meager. It's hard to consider this as a breakfast, it's better not to focus on it (see photo). Breakfast should be picked up at the reception in trays and eaten in the room on the bed, since chairs, as well as a table, are not provided. Of the appliances, only spoons, forks are not provided either. For the first time in my life, I ate fried eggs, pasta, sausages with spoons. And after the only cleaning, the plates from the room were gone. 6. Cleaning: there is none at all. They don't even take out the trash. During the week of our stay, we were cleaned 1 time, and then after several reminders at the reception. As a result, we rummaged through our belongings, rummaged in the suitcase. After the "cleaning", the duvet cover and a foot towel were missing. The garbage was taken out every time after the reminder at the reception. When they started to get indignant about why they didn't take out the trash in the room, the girl at the reception asked, "did you ask for your room to be cleaned?".Excuse me, but don't 3 stars provide for the fact that the room needs to be cleaned every day? 7. The bathroom door did not close (see photo). The lock is broken. No one was going to fix it. 8. After our arrival, the staff wrote to WhatsApp asking us to put 10 points on the booking. Are you serious? For the money that costs you a room and 1 point is too much.
