Very low level of service. I wanted to sign up for a children's haircut, but they told me there are free masters to come (within an hour). We got dressed and went because the salon is located in our house. There were only two masters. One refused because she has a record. And the second was afraid of the child (the child is 2.5 years old). And the receptionist didn't even apologize, and she was also extremely unloy. I decided to try again and signed up for another master.
The salon administrator is a completely unqualified and cowardly person. In general, the salon operates under a franchise. It's sad that such unprofessional people spoil the overall impression of the salon network as a whole.…
