And the second one moved to the next building. So it's always a mess. I have already left a review asking for help on Instagram, then my question was partially solved. But soon the situation became the same. The hall is a terrible mess, a bunch of boxes, because of which it is simply impossible to walk with a stroller, although the children's department is at the very end of the hall. Also, half of the goods are not visible behind these boxes and are valuable. The constant lack of probes, there is no such problem in other stores. It is impossible to choose cosmetics. Today there was a situation, actually because of which I am writing a review again, the girl and I have been trying for a very long time to find the price of the product, everything is scattered on the shelf, there are no price tags, there are a lot of boxes. There is a constant problem with price tags, there is no right price next to the product. Why is no one in this store keeping order? Everyone complains about it. I have to go to other stores. If this issue is not resolved again, I will write a bunch of complaints, I just don't have the strength anymore.

A very unpleasant young girl works in the store on Asanalieva (where there are three prices), her face is always with subtitles. Being sure that the soap "Velvet pens intensive nutrition 500 ml" costs 3.99, I went to the cashier, took another soap "I am the one" to clarify the price. To which the girl at the checkout called a completely different price. As a result, soap for 3.99 cost 6 and something, when asked which soap eventually costs 3.99, she replied, "I don't know, maybe this product has already run out." If I had taken that soap, I would have paid twice as much without looking. Why didn't the cashier punch the product at the price on the price tag and why is there such a mess with prices?? I am sure that before and after me, customers will buy at a completely different price. Next time I will demand payment according to the price tag indicated under the product!
