What is currently determined by the store administrator or manager in terms of the number of SKUs, the store area can be reduced by 2 times, this is the default. And in the second part of such an area (totally unused), open not a network market with household chemicals, but a local and other assortment, I don't think the current employees will like it. Also, the employees of this store, who do not have enough qualifications, are not able to competently manage their working day. They wash the floors themselves, carelessly monitor customers and are not well aware of their goods, which are "thick" on the shelves. In general, where the HR manager looked, who selects such an inexperienced staff, is the image, although they may not have paid attention to it for a long time. And most likely, there is no training from the staff or such staff does not want to be trained. Sokol, even if it belongs to the city, despite its distance from the city, this does not mean that it is somewhere far away in the hinterland, like a farm with 3 houses, which will do as well as it will. If orders to the store's shelves do not come from the supply of commodity specialists from the head office of the Perfume Trade or Finance Market, but through the employees of this store itself, then it is probably necessary to radically change something, and not leave it as it is, otherwise, the store will not give good revenue, and the actions of the staff of this store will scare off the buyer.
