Yesterday, March 21st, around 7 p.m., on my way home, I went to this barbershop to make an appointment for a haircut. Behind the counter, the receptionist was on the phone. I
I greeted her and waited for her to end the conversation and pay attention to me. A minute has passed, 2 minutes have passed, and I see that the administrator is not going to end the conversation. And judging by her phrases, the conversation was of a personal nature - she seemed to be discussing something with her friend. She glanced at me and calmly walked on. I waited a little longer.. The masters were already looking back at me...Then she asked me how long I had to wait. You should have seen the look on her face.... She finally raised her head, said "wait" into the phone (that is, she didn't even hang up) and finally asked through her teeth, with an extremely displeased face, what I wanted. And I don't want anything anymore. What is this attitude of the administrator - you can say the face of the company. If she can't handle such a simple job (which could be simpler). And talking to a client in such a dismissive tone is unacceptable. The craftsmen are not bad - it's not the first time I've had my hair cut here. But this administrator is just a horror. It's not the first time I've run into her. And every time there is a very unpleasant aftertaste from her manner of communicating with the client. Chase her around until she scares all your customers away.
I have been serviced for a long time, I go for a manicure by appointment. The administrator always calls, reminds you about the recording, always polite masters. I am very satisfied
