I had to wait a little, but everything is clear, the season is from "autumn to winter". I really liked the work system, one site for recording work, the second on a "live queue" and no hard feelings. The guys are very polite, they work quickly, smoothly, as they say, they do not get in the way of their colleagues. They repeatedly offered to sit and warm up in the client's room. Of course, this tire service is not on my way at all, but if possible I will be serviced here. Thank you very much.

I will not go to them anymore, I was led that I was not far from home. It was necessary to shift 4 wheels from summer to winter. As a result, they couldn't even unscrew one wheel, they broke the only expensive head, thanks for charging me only 10 rubles, it allegedly costs 5 times more expensive. Then I drove to the next service station, I will not specify which one, do not think for some kind of advertising, the guys unscrewed all 4 wheels without any problems, and took only 10 rubles. So think for yourself which specialists......

It was necessary to repair the right front wheel (it was lowered, the sides were sealed, as I understood) and balance the other three, everything about everything cost 47 rubles and 15 ~ minutes of waiting. I drove about 2000 km - everything is good.

I rarely write reviews, but I can't help but write here. I rented a ford fusion car. They gave the car away after washing with stains on the trunk and there were stains on the left side of the door. When I returned it, the tank was half full, the interior was clean, the car was washed. Didn't like that there are divorces on the car, but nothing that they were originally? He said that they would return half the amount, because the tank is half full and the interior is clean. In response:No, other firms are supposedly even tougher. Well, no, be without customers. I will not apply to this rental anymore.

Diameter 20”, off-road tires are worn, it is necessary to remove and put on ordinary winter tires. Denote the cost of 72 rubles, I agree. Before installation, I remember, there is a screw in one of the tires. Tire fitter, no problem, we'll stick a patch inside. OK, no one removed the tire from the disc, the wheel was not removed from the car. They took a tire, blurted out a rubber sticker, rolled it with a roller and undertook to mount it. I understood that this would increase the initial cost of 72 rubles by some amount.Tire fitting is nearing the final and I am being announced for payment, for some reason only in cash, 120 rubles (an increase in the initial cost by 84%). I've already caught it! I just didn't have such a sum with me (there were only 110 rubles), I begin to explain that I don't have and ask questions about how the price could have increased, saying that we cleaned the disks for you (they are usually cleaned on other tire shops, and by the way, there was nothing there to clean), we did the patch for 20, also the question is to remove the wheel from the car, disassemble, rebalance and install 18 rubles on the car, and blurt out the patch 20, well, ok 72+ 20 = 92, and 28 from where else?), as a result, the most audacious one grabs two of my tires (worth $ 200 each), pulls them into a corner, saying you will bring the rest, we will return it. Literally immediately, he gave me 100 rubles and so that you would never be here again. I don't know, dear head of this business from the 90s, were you among those 4 people, in any case, I definitely won't set foot to you without your recommendations. The check was punched to me, but there was a feeling that they just wanted to put it in their pocket. Yes, I am very sorry that I did not call the police to the place, and this issue was not resolved in the legal field. In my opinion, such organizations have no right to exist in the 21st century.

In this car rental, customer orientation is close to zero, boorish employees who came up with an interesting plan in which when you leave a deposit of 20p, you do not get a refund due to the fact that these tempters want not just a clean car, but that it was washed at the car wash, in no case at the self-service car wash you see, there will be divorces on the car, although it's a sunny day and the car is dry in 3 minutes, there is not a single divorce! I.e. you wash the car for 10p, and they just take 20p into their pocket. I can say that there is no windshield washer fluid in any car, wiper modes may not work, wheels may be blown off, different wheels throughout the car. That is, you will pay money for the car, but what about this car and what technical condition it is in, we don't care, you will get there, then you are lucky! I took cars all summer and there were problems in each one. I do not recommend contacting this rental company.
