At the conclusion of the contract, if you plan to repay ahead of time, BE sure to pay attention to paragraph 12.3, which says that additional documents will be made in case of early repayment. So, you will pay about $ 400 dollars for them!!! At the conclusion of the contract, the specialists will not tell you a word about it, and as it turned out later, they are NOT OBLIGED to do this. Then they say it was necessary to read the contract, where there is not a word about it!!! Moreover, when asked how this amount is formed or to show where it comes from, I was told that this is classified information!!!! This is not an isolated case. I called 2 branches in Minsk and Gomel, where, under the guise of a new client, I was made a calculation and when asked if there would be any additional payments for early repayment, both specialists assured me that there was NOT!!! Then I pointed out this point to one of them and she stopped contacting me completely. Then there was a meeting where I talked with the head of regional development of Microleasing. When asked why the contract does not spell out in CLEAR LETTERS that an additional fee will be charged for early repayment , he replied that we may take into account your wishes?! And I offered to throw off this amount at my or my friends' next appeal to them. How could such a thing be proposed? It would be better to say that it happened. and apologized! After all, what is difficult, at least at the stage of signing the contract, to warn the client? And there would be no more questions!! In short, divorce, ignorance. People, if you plan to pay off the lease in advance, then be careful and attentive. In general, after a year of communication with Microleasing and especially with specialist Olga, there were only good impressions, IF not for this case. I believe that this is not a complete elaboration of the contract and training of personal staff to work with the client. WELL, or so it was intended.!? At least it looked that way. Leaving, they presented a package with wine, worth $ 400)))). I hope that at least from the bottom of my heart...
