In order to make a Kazakh bank card, it was necessary to go through the registration procedure at the local MFC. There is about nothing for people here, 40 degrees Celsius, it is not customary for everyone to take a shower on the eve of a visit. Choose other ways for yourself, don't give up. I've been to this special zone more than once. Very friendly, responsive and competent employees, services are provided immediately, very efficiently. I am also pleased that notary services are provided on the second floor. It is very convenient when everything is in one place.
