The hotel is nice, not new in sight. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need A Solid 4*, because in Kemer they lived in 4, the level was just as good. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious, there is fish and meat, a lot of vegetables, a lot of sweets for tea, mint. The staff is friendly, they will always help you explain any question, but they don't speak much Russian. Wi-Fi is paid in the room, free in the lobby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, from the slide, or every hour there is a transfer from the hotel, it takes you back and forth. Every evening there is music, a program, the bar seems to be open around the clock, from the hotel 4, 2 by the pools.

In July 2024, we visited the Michell Hotel. I'll say right away that I'm not thrilled.
Cons: the hotel is located 4 hours from Antalya airport, there are many residential buildings for locals in the area, there are no markets where you can shop. Upon check-in, they give out one card from the room, they settle it in a room with a bad view, if you want to change it, you need to pay $ 40-80 extra, if you're lucky. Shower gel and shampoo are not given out, a 3in1 soap dish is hanging, but three cotton pads and a shower cap were given out upon check-in, they have never been updated.
The receptionist speaks Russian alone, but is very unpleasant and rude. There is no point in communicating with the second admin in any language other than Turkish, you will not achieve anything. They show noticeable indifference to the problems of vacationers and try to openly merge if they are not interested. There is practically no animation in the hotel, only water polo is held in the pool and in the evening from 21:30 to 23:00 discos or contests. The rest of the announcements of the programs for the day are posted for the design of the stand, apparently. The animators do not want to work, they refer to the fact that the guests are not interested in the events. As a result, during the week of stay there was one charge at 11:30 ... If you are aiming for an active and more fun vacation, you are clearly not in this hotel.
The hotel does not congratulate you on your birthday in any way. The beach looks more like a wild one, entering the sea from a pier and it is better to swim in special shales, since the bottom is in huge slabs; it is supposedly fenced, but a huge number of "leftist" people come to it, apparently local. You can expect anything from them, especially from men, girls be vigilant!!! On the beach, the employee who wears mattresses is a bald man, an extremely unpleasant person, there were many reviews about him. He never brought us mattresses or set up an umbrella, there was no desire to contact him!!!
Pros: good food, quite varied, lots of desserts, but few side dishes, mostly just rice.
The rooms are cleaned quite well, daily. Towels are changed every two days, beach towels are changed daily. Many people write that it is far from the beach, it did not bother us, but in general it is not particularly normal, traffic in Turkey is very busy on the roads, it is difficult to cross the road, they never miss it. Walking through a gas station is also not very pleasant.
In general, there are few advantages to the faucet, even the basic criteria of 5* hotels are not fulfilled in the hotel, it pulls at 4*, not even a solid one.

We had a rest at the end of June, about the hotel in order:
1. Location. It takes about 3 hours to drive from the airport, and you can get to the center of Alanya by taxi for 300-350 liras, or by bus for 30 liras per person. There is not much place to walk nearby, migros and other supermarkets are 10 minutes away
2. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., offered to improve the room for 50 €, before paying you can evaluate the room. We used this service, the room is about 60-70 squares, 4 balconies with sea views, two air conditioners, two recreation areas, on each TV. Cleaning is daily, the bar was replenished with juices and mineral water every day
3. Nutrition. The food is good, for lunch and dinner 2-3 types of chicken, fish, beef, turkey. After lunch, there is a snack bar, you can order from the menu, you can choose pizza, pita, chicken, sandwich, etc. The bar seems to be open from 10, beer and cola are normal, we haven't tried the rest, in the afternoon you can have a snack with a cake in the lobby bar, popcorn is prepared in the evening. After lunch, you can grab ice cream by the pool.
4. Beach, swimming pool. We haven't had a swim in the pool in a week, there's not much to say. It takes 10 minutes to walk calmly to the sea, and the shuttle also leaves +- the same amount. There are always enough sun beds, there is a bar on the beach in the morning and a snack bar on the menu from 12. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, at the bottom of the plate, aquashlocks are required. There have been waves all week, many people will be uncomfortable swimming, as the waves are dragging.

6. Entertainment-who does not have enough animation in the hotel, everything is in the center. You can get there by bus and taxi.Stops are marked with the letter "D" in addition to the official (glass) ones. You need to catch a taxi, otherwise there is a chance that they will pass by.
Funicular...disappointed. It is probably better to visit it in the daytime or before sunset. There's nothing to do there in the evening. Imho.

Recently we had a rest for a week with friends at this hotel. The food on the Swedish line was varied and delicious, we tried something new every day (especially desserts). Service, 5-star staff, every employee knows his job and is very attentive to every guest. The beach is 7-10 minutes from the hotel, it can be problematic, but personally I liked that there is an opportunity to walk to the sea (there is a grocery store next to the hotel on the way to the sea, which is also convenient). The atmosphere in the hotel is cheerful, I also liked the animation, we went every evening, the animators are super. Also, many thanks to the tour operator Yulia, she was in touch from the moment of purchase until the end of the trip, helped and guided in all matters.

There is no tourist infrastructure around at all. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center, where life is in full swing, by bus, or by taxi. The composition of the tourists is international (Germans, Poles, Scandinavians, British, Turks and a few Russians). Everyone is without excesses, everyone smiles sweetly at each other. The hotel itself is generally not bad, but it is clearly not a 5*. The rooms are quite spacious with large balconies and beautiful views (it does not matter where the windows face the sea or the mountains), the hotel stands on an elevation. There are no soap and soap accessories in the bathroom, to be more precise, they are present, but this is clearly not level 5*. Shampoo, shower gel in one bottle in a dispenser. The absence of toothpaste, toothbrushes, ear sticks. It's good that at least there are small pieces of soap. There are no bathrobes, only two towels per person, although for the beach you can take towels at the spa center according to the hotel card. There is very little water pressure throughout the rest. They complained, promised to fix it, but they didn't do anything. There is a free safe in the room, there is a kettle and tea bags and instant coffee (brrrr). WiFi is only available in the hotel lobby, in the room for a fee. There are a couple of channels on TV in Russian.There are two pools, but they are not heated, the water is icy. The territory is small, but this is a city hotel, so no complaints. The food is normal, although in the last three days before the closure of the hotel, the assortment was cut. You can order decent Turkish coffee at the bar in the lobby, the local alcohol is terrible, imported extra for an additional fee, but we don't drink, so it doesn't matter to us.In the evening, there are themed performances by invited artists (well, such a thing) and a disco by the pool with a bar. Beer, wine, cola, tea, coffee (but not in Turkish).Entering the sea from the shore is terrible, but there is a ramp with a steep staircase (also not the best option). Near the beach of the hotel there is a more or less normal approach 50 meters to the right, but it still does not compare with Cleopatra Beach. Great hotel!!! I have been choosing for a very long time, I advise you to watch video reviews of this hotel and draw your own conclusions, rather than read reviews, half of which are negative.
The food is great, we are not some kind of overeager people, we liked everything, there were different fish, chicken, turkey, beef, grilled, a lot of snacks, salads. We were in May, so there were only oranges, apples, bananas from fruits, then they began to give watermelon. Our friends who have visited cool hotels where every evening there was a cuisine of a certain country did not appreciate the food here. But once again we liked everything, it was diverse, we didn't get tired of it in 2 weeks. The ala kart restaurant is the same restaurant where you eat breakfast/lunch/dinner only not indoors, but outdoors) You eat the same food that is served in the hall, but the waiter brings it to you. In general, do not waste time, because you also need to sign up there.
Animation is just a delight! Every evening there was a disco/karaoke/dancers/singers/DJs. Music plays all day around the pool. The animators are great fellows, all the entertainment around the pool, sometimes there was volleyball at sea.
The rooms are good, everything is clean, the cleaning was done every other day, if anything was asked to be cleaned. We were first placed on the 2nd floor in a room above the reception with a view of the backyard (it is considered a quiet room) and the first night we did not sleep because people were talking downstairs (there is a 24-hour bar nearby). On day 2, we moved for a fee to the 5th floor in the far wing and it was calm and quiet there, but during the 2 weeks of vacation, the lock in the door broke 6 times and each time we had to run to the reception to ask to fix it and each time it broke again. This is a fat minus, which was inconvenient and it was very unpleasant that the staff said that this was normal and we were not the only ones. In general, we were just unlucky in this regard. There are also rooms overlooking the pool and the sea, very beautiful, but you will not sleep there because it is noisy because of the music by the pool from morning until 12 at night.
There are many Russians, Poles and Germans in the hotel. There are a lot of young people and older people. But everyone is friendly, they say hello all the time.
The beach is pebbly with sand, a good approach is in the rightmost part of the beach after the tennis court and the bar, there is sand both when entering and in the water. On pantone, I did not like the approach, because you go straight down to the plates, they are slippery. The approach on the left is also bad, many have cut their legs, do not even try to enter there. The deck chairs are not very comfortable, because the backrest does not rise, but mattresses lie on them, softly.
There is a creamy liqueur like belis in the bar, we found out about it at the very end of the vacation. The cocktails are tasteless. Sambuca was given 2 times at dinner.
The hotel has no territory, there are no shops nearby, there is nowhere to walk. We went to Alanya to the nomadic market and just go shopping, you can also buy souvenirs, clothes and excursions 2-3 times lower than the guide.
We went to the water park, we really liked it, we managed to get through everything there, go everywhere, but in May there weren't so many people. They took food there with them, left it on the bus, and carried a 1.5 liter bottle of water under towels into the territory. At the entrance there is a search of things, so be careful, they can withdraw water. My friends went to the hammam, I didn't like it. But I really liked the hammam with massage at the hotel.
At the market, they took teas, polo for her husband, coffee (tasteless), creams, and gift sets of sweets. We took the bus or walked, it's a bit far, but at least some physical activity. By the way, the hotel is located on a hill, but a minibus goes to the beach and back at a certain time. We went there ourselves, drove back.

Отель шикарен,еда тоже,но в основном там отдыхали немцы,вечером скучновато было после 24:00.Пляж нормальный,но заход в море ужасный,даже желания купаться небыло ,идти прилично, до пляжа особенно назад в гору,хотя там автобусы ходили от отеля до пляжа и назад.На пляже бесплатные напитки ,бургеры,картоха фри.В целом всё понравилось но,ночью чтоб погулять надо ехать в центр города,а при отеле тошняк,не для любителей тусы

Были в отеле несколько дней, после пришлось искать другой
На пятерку не тянет, маленькая территория, кроме бассейна ничего нет. Сам отель красивый и чистый. В номерах нет ни чего для гигиены.
Еда на 4, очень мало и однообразная
Wi-Fi бесплатный только на ресепшене, а так надо платить, и за всех гостей кто находится в номере
На русском персонал не разговаривает и даже на Английском не все, проблематично что либо узнать было
До моря 10 минут, через дорогу, купаться невозможно, заход в море ужасный, выходили с поцарапанными ногами, все в плитах.
Из развлечений ничего не было, тихая музыка в течении дня у бассейна, вечером дискотека, но тк территории нет, танцевать не где, алкоголя бесплатного мало, нужно платить, русских практически нет.
В этот отель нужно приезжать только чтоб ездить на экскурсии и по разным местам, в отеле скучно!

Прилетели в этот отель отдохнуть в июле вдвоём с девушкой. Отель 5/5. Получили именно то, что хотели: 16+ без детей, высокий уровень обслуживания, разнообразная и качественная, вкусная еда.
Номера просто на высшем уровне, чистота и порядок, нигде ничего не истаскано. Кажется, что отель был построен пару лет назад. По напиткам, которые включены - вопросов нет, пить можно. В ассортименте есть алкогольные напитки под продажу за евро, рубли, лиры (низкого прайса не ждите).
Бесплатный Wi-fi, который стабильно работает в зоне ресепшена. Если хотите быть везде и всегда на связи с близкими на территории отеля, то рекомендую брать платный Wi-Fi за 7 евро на 3 дня. Работает даже на пляже у моря (500м от территории отеля). Скорость достойная (смотря какой у вас телефон). На IPhone XR и IPhone 11 никаким проблем нет, все быстро грузит и звонить можно по видео-связи без потерь.
В отеле очень большое количество иностранных гостей: Турки, Фины, Австралийцы, Немцы, Поляки, Датчане и т.д.
Это и не удивительно, ведь основная направленность отеля именно на этих гостей (но о русских не забывают и относятся ни чуть не хуже).
Исходя из последних событий в мире, никто и никак не злился на нас и ничего не говорил. Не пытался выяснять отношения и т.д.
Из минусов я считаю, что это только долгая доставка из аэропорта в отель, но ожидание оправдывает себя.
ВСЕМ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ! Гонитесь за качеством и уровнем обслуживания? Вам именно в этот отель.

Отель не тянет на 5 !Хороший персонал ,вкусная но однообразная еда .Фруктов вообще почти нет утром бывают яблоки,гранат,виноград и все!Спиртное пиво и вино сухое .Постельное белье в дырочку.Утюгов в номерах нет а погладить вещь 1 евро ,нет косметики мыла и других принадлежностей нет даже тапочек для клиентов .До моря не очень далеко но дорога проходит или через грязную заправку или очень грязный подземный переход .Вай фай платный, лежаки очень все старые на пляже .Очень радовал вид с комнаты и вкусно готовили .А больше всего понравился массажист Миша у него просто золотые руки .Все косточки поставил на место и вот ради него мы бы с удовольствиям вернулись с мужем сново и это огромный +….

Отдыхали в октябре 2022. Хороший отель, твердая 5. Еда, напитки практически 24*7. Если вы прибываете ночью, то все продумано, есть еда и для полуночников. В номерах чисто, убирают ежедневно.Есть сейф.Отношение персонала доброжелательное,внимательное,ровное. Большое количество иностранных гостей. Особого внимания заслуживает СПА-зона. Самое золото отеля находится именно там. И не потому что там хороший тренажерный зал, сауна и хамам, а профессиональные массажисты. Особенно хочется отметить Михраби ( дядя Миша, так он представляется русским) Фантастический массажист, просто от Бога! За 7 сеансов избавил от головных болей, в связи с зажимами и грыжей в воротниковой зоне. Профессионал высочайшего класса и просто хороший, добрый человек. Если у вас есть проблемы с позвоночником, суставами и вы хотите не только отдохнуть но и заняться немного здоровьем- вам сюда!

Приехали сюда на недельку с мужем.
Располагается отель в 3 часах езды от аэропорта Антальи.
Очень приветливый персонал.
Еда свежая, вкусная, но мало выбора.
До 5 звездочного отеля немного недотягивает. Нет крючков в ванной комнате, нет халатов, плохо работает интернет. Нельзя зайти сразу с телефона и с компьютера. Надо выходить из какого-то устройства.
Очень шумно в номерах, тк отель находится прям у проезжей дороги.
Под окнами поют петухи)))) рядом распрощается чей-то частный дом.
Отель очень хороший, но сравнивая с другими отелями тут есть то что можно сделать лучше .

Еда, напитки, обслуживание, персонал, развлечения - все супер. Расположение тоже удобное, до моря 7-10 минут пешком.

В целом все понравилось, отель рекомендую. Провели в нем 7 дней. Перечислю все плюсы и минусы.
Плюсы:
-современный отель, приятное лобби, номера
-в меру вежливый персонал, дружелюбны, решают все возникающие проблемы. Заселили на час раньше в хороший номер с видом на море и горы;
- вкусная еда;
- бар у пляжа, в лобби и у моря;
- рядом с отелем супермаркет;
-отличный относительно недорогой кальян
Минусы:
-бассейн (два) закрывается рано вечером и не работает до утра;
-коктейли в баре быстро надоедают, примитивные и сладкие, но, на наш взгляд, очень неплохое вино;
-мало принадлежностей для гигиены в номере.
Про море отдельно:
Заход в море действительно очень ограничен из-за плит, но мы остались довольны, т.к. удалось избежать сильных волн, поэтому не было большой проблемой для нас. Кто любит мягкий песочек, то отель не для вас. Зато на пляже и близлежащих территориях всегда мало людей, создается впечатление дикого пляжа (бананы, гидроскутеры приплывают по заявке).
Отель рекомендую 100%

The hotel is great, but unfortunately the descent and entrance to the slide are difficult in the heat. The food was delicious. Cleaning every day is optional. The air conditioner was working properly!

Отдыхали с женой во второй раз.
Начну с самого начала.
Встречают вас очень милые ресепшионисты, девушка Амина и молодой человек Фатих. Хорошо говорят по русски, и не только. Всегда подскажут, всегда помогут, без внимания не оставят. Идём дальше. Ерсин, который поможет вам отнести ваши бавулы и довольно неплохо орудует русским языком. Тоже не оставит вас без внимания и всегда поможет. Номера замечательные, чистые и с рабочим кондиционером (попали на жару +42, спасибо вам за холод в комнате), вид на море безумно красивое. Всю жизнь бы открывать глаза с таким видом👍
Самое приятное... Правильно, как здесь кормят. За 12 ночей так и не удалось попробовать все сладости, по ним претензий нет😃 гриль на ужин, это просто что то с чем то. Как мне их было жалко в такую жару, но еда опять же безупречна. Заслуживают уважения повара. Еда вся отличная, брал мясо, овощи и рыбу, ничего другого не хотелось. 5+ из 5

Аниматоры... Алина, Томас, Альфи, Хан! Да вы ж мои хорошие, буду по ним скучать) Томас как вечная батарейка, которую я искал искал но не мог найти 😃 Алина делает отличную зарядку по утрам... Да всё молодцы.

Вот тут самое интересное, бар😇
Много ребят очень, всех запомнить не удалось, надеюсь, они меня извинят, очень быстро и красиво всё разливают, поднимут настроение если надо, они могут.........ром кола моё всё😃😃👍.....
Ну конечно же пляж.
Да, не песок, но в магазине продаются коралловые тапки специальные, не дорого, и будет вам счастье... Рыб море целое буквально😃👍
Хасан - главный на пляже, зонт поставит, все подскажет, всем поможет, как родной уже стал.
Бар имеется, снеки великолепные... Тантуни, я за тобой вернусь!
Ну и в принципе все, о самом главном написал.
Наверное, вернёмся в третий раз😇

Ночью вернулись из отеля Mishell. Полный восторг и кайф! Рейсы без задержек(библиоглобус). Заселили раньше без проблем ! Номера просторные , убирают каждый день , полотенца меняли через день, за 10 дней поменяли 2 раза постель! Концепция 16+ это мегакласс!!! Визжу от восторга! Бассейны чистые , территория тоже ! Есть бассейн основной( с баром, музыкой, мягкими комфортными лежаками, даже диванами). Есть бассейн со стороны входа с мягкими лежаками со шторками для тихого и спокойного отдыха . До моря ходит долмуша( их маршрутка), но мы ей воспользовались только раз , ходили пешком , после завтрака прогуляться самый кайф! При таком многообразии еды да еще и такой вкусной!!!!! Идти минут 7 неспешным шагом. На пляже бар, напитки приносят , посуду незамедлительно собирают , персонал на 5+ ! Там же можно и покушать если нет желания идти в отель. Есть небольшой участок входа в море с песочком , его нужно найти по приезду и потом проблем с заходом нет ! Туалеты на пляже чистые ! Для меня это номер один , везде чисто и комфортно! В общем и целом вернулись настолько довольные , что есть мысли возвращения в этот отель! Особую благодарность выражаем нашему Турагенсту Юле и официанту ресторана отеля Mishell Рамазану . Прекрасный человек , профессионал и просто душевный парень ! Отдых на 5+ , не смотря на то, что заявленных ultra all inclusive здесь нет , все на уровне, ведь нам есть с чем сравнивать !

Отдыхали в сентябре в данном отеле. Ожидали большего. К сожалению ожидание - реальность не совпали. Персонал не говорит на русском, это прям был квест, объяснить им что-то. Да и на Английском не все хорошо говорят. Пляж не понравился, потому что идти до него минут 15 по жаре причем через несколько полос, где постоянное движение. Вход в море тоже очень проблематичен, можно пораниться очень легко, так как одни камни вместо песка((( Трансфер до пляжа вроде какой-то ходил, но не часто. Заселившись в отель мы были дико удивлены, что нет никаких гигиенических средств. На 5* отель ультра все включено это явно не тянет. Еда так себе, десерты однообразные и не вкусные. Когда брали билеты, нам сказали что в ультра все включено будут входить все коктейли и элитные тоже, по факту нам сказали платить за них! Из положительных моментов только спа классное, нам понравилось и территория самого отеля: бассик и бар. Поэтому 2 звезды. За такие деньги (поверьте, немалые) мы точно не рекомендуем данный отель.

Хороший отель.Для людей ,которые любят спокойствие,вам сюда.Приветливый персонал,вкусная еда,мясо и рыба на гриле каждый день,раз в неделю рыбный ужин.Где были раки,кальмары,запеченная в лимоне рыба.Единственный минус,пляж,больно спускаться в море,можно порезаться.Советую купаться в тапочках.Чистое море,на пляже сразу убирают стаканы за вами.

Больше четвёрка, чем пятерка. Еда вкусная, номера свежие, спа-зона считайте, что отсутствует: в замесе запах плесени постоянно, но есть ещё сауна и на ютом всё.
До моря не близко.
Больше пройдёт отель не для пляжного отдыха, а для остановки во время путешествия на авто.

Это было незабываемо. Первый раз отдыхали в отеле 16+. Только взрослые, детей на территории отеля не было. Было очень интересно. Отель не очень большой. Играли в воллейбол, бочу. Были концертные вечера. Отличный хамам, массаж. Свой пляж. Есть на берегу кафе от отеля. Шезлонги, навесы. Прекрасный отель.
