The hotel is excellent in terms of price and quality. We rested here from 08/27 to 2.09. Yes, he is a little tired, but quite normal. A clean pool, good food, they feed almost all day, a lot of soft drinks (poured into plastic cups, but this is not a minus), friendly staff, no one has ever looked at us askance during the week, cleaning is not very good here, but if you ask, the room will be cleaned, towels will be changed and so on. When choosing, they were based on the price. Everything is great for this money. Ice cream is served by the pool in the afternoon. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, not on the territory of the neighboring hotel, but next to its fence. Towards noon, a snack bar opens on the beach, where burgers, French fries, drinks, watermelon are served. It feels like 10 percent of vacationers know about it, so it's quiet, calm, there are no queues. The beach itself is for three, it is a little dirty, the entrance to the water is not very convenient, but the sea is clean, there are a lot of sun beds, there are canopies and a shower. We have just returned from this hotel. We rested from October 1 to October 10, 2024. In general, I advise you! Yes, tired rooms, sometimes poorly washed dishes, but that's the whole minus. The room itself is not small, all rooms have balconies, air conditioning, a full bath. The beach is rocky and sandy 600 meters away, the buffet is varied, there is meat, chicken, fish. Sun beds and towels on the beach are free of charge. The room was cleaned with a change of towels every day. Drinking water without restrictions. The staff is friendly. Bottom line: price = quality!

Room cleaning (photo). The towel was not changed, the bed linen was not changed either. There is also nothing in the room for personal hygiene. If you eat here, take shampoo, soap, whatever you need. Because for all 10 days of rest, even soap was not added to the dispenser (although our guide promised to solve this problem). The cleaners don't understand Russian or English, so don't try to prove anything. Also, if you do not want them to enter the room during the day, hang a sign, if it does not hang, they will just enter.
Number. We were given a room on the second floor, overlooking the pool. Every evening from 21:00 - 23:00 there is a mini disco, mostly for children, rarely for adults. The audibility in the room is very good, you can even hear the trolleys with dishes that are being rolled downstairs and any rustle outside the door. (they offered a room for an additional fee with a different view, but since Russian is poorly spoken at the reception, we realized this later). The room smells like a toilet. The water from the shower spreads all over the bathroom. The plus is that the air conditioner and refrigerator are working. There are Russian channels on TV and in other languages too. Cons- partial room cleaning) plumbing is a little sick. There is no animation in this hotel, but in the neighboring hotel - you freely come to the animation, have fun and drink there in the bar freely. The owner is alone at the hotels.

I must say right away there were only Turks and Poles in the department , there were 2-3 Russian families , they smoke everywhere and everything from staff to vacationers , we as tourists with young children did not like it very much . We had a rest in August 23.
A fairly large "standard" hotel. All the equipment in the room and repairs are quite old, requiring if not repair, then maintenance.
The cleaning is very weak. Several times I had to explain to the floor cleaner, who did not understand either English or, of course, Russian, that I needed fresh towels, a change of bed linen and topping up soap dispensers. Almost nothing is done without a "nose poke". Only "for beauty" - bows made of blankets on the beds.
The food in the dining room (no, it's not a restaurant) is very passable. Greens, vegetables, enough meat of various kinds, fish - quite enough. One drawback is that you will not see anything except rice from the side dishes. Everyone eats rice, like the Japanese.
The beach is made of man-made "ground" sand with pebbles, the entrance to the sea is tolerable, then there are slabs, sometimes with joints, which you can stumble over. There are always free sun beds, a foot washer and a shower - yes. Plus - access to the lunch bar of the nearby Ganita hotel.
But there is the main thing between the beach and the MiaRosa hotel - the way from the hotel to the beach and back!
This is really the way through the garbage of one, second, third, neighboring, side hotel. Slop pours day and night, containers are dropped, all this spreads, goes out and smells fragrant in the hot Turkish sun.
In general, the village of Konakli is quite dirty. As they say, it's clean not where they clean, but where they don't litter. They litter here, and, alas, the Turks themselves, who live and work here, litter.
Returning to the hotel, it pulls on its 4 *, with a reservation for the age of all the "insides".
Will we come back here? Unlikely...

I will tell you about my vacation at the Miarosa Konakli Garden Hotel. Before choosing a hotel, I read reviews. In the hotel card, they wrote about the renovation in 2021, but I didn't see it.
Upon arrival at the hotel, they were placed in a room on the 3rd floor. The room was not prepared. There were personal belongings of previous tenants, crumbs, leftovers on the floor in the room, the staff did not vacuum and did not check the cleanliness before the next guests. Stained mirrors, sticky bedside tables and a table. I had to wipe everything with wet wipes myself. Another moment that confused me, there is a door to the next room in the room, but it is hammered with nails. There is a gap of 5 centimeters under the door, I mean that the audibility from this room is excellent. Apparently, this room was once a family room, but in order to save money, it was divided into 2 independent rooms. The neighbors who stopped by at night woke us up, it felt like someone was 1 meter away. Conversations, shouts, were clearly audible. But the rest of the time, we didn't see or hear them.
The furniture in the rooms is simple. The refrigerator is very old, it is 15-20 years old, all yellow, with a characteristic smell. The wooden door to the bathroom was smashed and covered with paint (photo). Kind of intimidating. The carpet in the room is in terrible condition (Photo). Near the entrance it is all dirty, trampled, near the balcony there is a huge dirty spot.
During the entire time of our stay, we have never been vacuumed, dusted, changed towels, changed bed linen. Only they didn't bring water every day and took out the garbage. That's it!

The food is not bad. There was fish every day. Stewed, fried. The meat was 2 times, like steaks, fried pieces. Twice stewed meat with potatoes, fried chicken legs, meatballs, grilled chicken, semi-finished products-grilled cutlets, stewed chicken with vegetables. Vegetables, greens, a lot. The fruits were oranges, apples, watermelons, melons, tangerines.
In the lobby bar: vodka, whiskey, crayfish, rum, tequila, beer - locally produced. Pepsi, fanta, sprite. Juices from the machines - orange, pineapple, cherry. Coffee is instant everywhere on the territory in the machines.
The staff is friendly! In the lobby, in bars, in a restaurant. Everyone is smiling, kind!
That's why I'm adding a star to the hotel.
The furniture in the lobby bar is dirty in places, the tables are beaten. There are no places to sit in the evening. Very little furniture. The toilet, it's just creepy. Everything is old, the view is not well maintained. The cabins are like at the airport. The toilet in lobi reflects the condition of the hotel by 100%.
The beach is very dirty. Since 01.10.2023, it has stopped being cleaned. Small pebbles, the entrance is not sharp. A little further flat stones, not sharp. The sea has been warm since 28.09. A canopy on the beach, plastic deck chairs under it, whole, with old mattresses on them. A small pier, with umbrellas and metal deck chairs.
The beach bar consists of drinks: juices from vending machines, pepsi, something like fanta, sprite, beer, instant coffee. There is no food and no foot court area. More precisely, It was, but it was closed, the end of the season. (Keep in mind when you buy a ticket to this hotel that there are no snacks on the beach from 01.10.2023).
!! For some unknown reason, 01.10, the pier was dismantled. They removed all the awnings on the beach, people remained under the scorching sun. !! (Photo)
For the sake of interest, we walked around the neighboring nearest hotels, I work piers, there are umbrellas, there are awnings, no one cleans anything.
Free internet is a weak network in the lobby.

The hotel is full of people, and they decided to dismantle the pier and remove the awnings. I, a person with fair skin, always hide under umbrellas and shade. I had to "get" this shadow for myself, by any means. After all, you are going to rest, and not to rub bedside tables and glasses from previous tenants, not to sneak around in search of an umbrella or shade. It is better to add some money and go to a hotel where guests are thought of. Or go on vacation to neighboring hotels, but not to Miarosa!

The first two reviews are clearly some kind of custom-made, we went to this hotel reading these reviews. But upon arrival, we were disappointed as soon as we stopped by the room. A huge minus is cleanliness! The rooms were dirty, they didn't even wash the bathroom when they stopped by. Animation is also nothing. The food is monotonous. The beach and the sea are a separate topic in general. This place of theirs is located next to a pipe from which something stinky flows into the sea from a nearby hotel, g... it wasn't there, but it smelled. Only the entrance is sand, and the rest of the bottom is in a rocky slab, into which you bump your foot and catch a "pleasant" feeling and you want to fuck off. The dining room was dirty, there was a queue for food and there was not enough space for the family to sit at the same table. Plates and mugs need to be looked at and selected carefully! The staff is polite, there is a Russian speaker at the reception. The result is shorter, we will definitely not go here anymore!

Hotel:
Pros: a large swimming pool, a comfortable lobby, there is always a portion of water, delicious white wine, dishes and appliances are served clean, the doctor on duty is always on site.
Minuses:
There is no animation for children. There is no disco either, only in a nearby hotel.
Food/Drinks:
Positive: There is always enough food for everyone, a wide variety of dishes, delicious sweets, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, salads, greens. The food is not too salty or greasy. Stomachs didn't hurt after it.
Minuses:
Meat is only chicken and turkey Every day!!! By the end of the vacation, they decided to give up poultry for at least six months.
From fish: mostly mackerel and some kind of sea fish.
Number:
We had no balcony, with two beds.
Pros: bright room, normal shower, air conditioning works fine, mattresses are normal
, back does not hurt, powerful hair dryer, new TV (lots of channels), old refrigerator, but it works.
Minuses:

If you put up a request to clean up, the maximum that the cleaners do is take out the trash from a small trash can in the toilet and that's it!
You need to take the towels yourself, the cleaner does not change them. Only the bed sheet is changed once every 8 days.
They are cleaned normally only when the guest leaves the room!
The consumables were left only on the first day! They included 8 ear sticks and 4 shower caps. And diluted soap that doesn't even wash!
If you go, take your consumables, or buy them on the spot.
The infrastructure of the area:
Pros: it is not noisy at night from the side of the road, there is a shopping center 3-5 stops from the hotel, on foot 30-40 minutes. It takes a maximum of 8-10 minutes to walk to the sea by a straight road.
The tourist bazaar is next to the hotel. They also change the currency and offer excursions. There are 2 shops at the gas station. There is a small park with a fountain.
Minuses:
There are no cafes or restaurants in the vicinity at all.
Sea/Beach:
Pros: sun beds are free, there are umbrellas. The toilet was not observed.
Minuses:
In the middle of the beach there is a large sewer pipe that goes into the sea emitting a characteristic smell. The beach is pebbly sandy, there are cigarette butts everywhere, there is garbage on the tables, the cleanliness of the beach is not much monitored. There are very sharp rocks and large stone slabs in the sea. My husband cut his leg badly, they barely stopped the blood.
BOTTOM LINE: in general, it is comfortable, but going to the sea certainly upset.
I would rate the hotel at 3 stars. It's sad that the service is suffering. We'll probably choose a different hotel next time.

Overall, a good hotel .

Animation in the evenings is very boring , at first children dance for half an hour , then they invite retired artists who sing songs from the 80s and 90s , respectively , no one dances and there are no people there at all. Obviously not to this hotel for parties)) The beach is rocky and the bottom of the sea is also made of stones , it is quite easy to injure your feet. You should not plan a vacation at this hotel for more than a week, you will get bored from the lack of entertainment)) By the way, when you are taken from the hotel to the shops, do not rush to buy anything there , there are inadequately inflated prices . Hello! I didn't like the dirt in the rooms and on the floors too, the cleaning was disgusting, it consisted of throwing garbage and that's it!!! The food also leaves much to be desired, there is very little meat, mostly chicken giblets! The beach is scanty for this hotel, the entry into the sea is terrible, there are boulders at the bottom, it's okay not to swim and you can hurt your feet without special shoes. Therefore, of course, I would not return to this hotel anymore!

We drove to the hotel for 2.5 hours, arrived, they told us there were no places, for 2 days we were settled in another hotel nearby the same chain. It was called Mirador, it was very cool there, 1 line, the power supply is not going to say that it was directly different from Hedef., but it was much better. Basically, there was a sea of vegetables, meat was rare, only watermelon from fruits, there was a pool bar where ice cream was distributed, you could have a snack before lunch, a burger, French fries, salads. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach is dirty, there was a bar by the beach with all sorts of drinks, beer, cola, sprite. You need to go to the beach either very early or in the late afternoon. The entrance to the sea is good., there is a shower to rinse off the salt. We liked the hotel itself, of course the furniture is old, the room was cleaned 2 times in 7 days, the towel was changed and the bed was changed. And so the staff is friendly, everyone will always help, there are a lot of Russian speakers. The animation is good, every day there are games with children and a lot of adults were entertained, water aerobics, darts. In the evening, you could go to a club in Alanya, but there is a paid entrance. In principle, we rested well, but we do not want to return to this hotel.

In general, we arrived at night and got to the hotel by 2 a.m. the room was paid for from 12 o'clock the previous day, but there was no free room for us, the Turk on duty said that we had to wait until they cleaned up, my little daughter and I were tired after the road, we would go to bed and sleep, and then we had to make a row. There were 4 other families like us. They barely settled in by three o'clock in the morning. I really didn't like that all the drinks both at the hotel and on the beach were poured into plastic disposable cups, this is a huge burden on the environment, is the hotel owner not caring about his staff forced to constantly collect these cups. The sea is very beautiful, clean, not far from the beach.

I would like to start my review by saying that this is the 3rd time I have flown to Turkey, and I really have something to compare this hotel with.
The trip cost us 2x-34,500rubles (we gave the same amount for a week of rest in Sochi with breakfast, in September 2018, at a 3* hotel)
I read that many people do not agree with the star rating of the hotel, and consider it lower...personally, I vacationed in Turkey in 3* hotels, and believe me, guys, everything is much worse in 3 stars!So I think the star rating corresponds to the hotel!
One of the disadvantages of this hotel is its remoteness from the airport (we drove around 2.5 hours).We were settled in literally 5 minutes, there were absolutely no problems with this.
I liked the food!there are plenty to choose from, although there were no decent soups, and few fruits-well, I don't think it's a problem, we ate soups in a cafe that is 6 minutes from the hotel.
A significant plus (which not everyone knows about)the fact is that you have the right to visit absolutely any hotel of the Hedef chain, but we only reached Hedef beach resort 5* (15 minutes from the hotel), the rest of the hotels, as I understood, were a little further away, there is much more territory, and snacks by the pool are more interesting, the pool itself is much larger, and the beach closer and cleaner
I was pleased with the attitude of the staff, there were no dissatisfied faces, indignant glances, it is clear that the guys are trying!Special thanks to them for this!
I was also struck by alcohol!you can really drink it!The beer is exactly the same as that sold in the store (not salty like in Tunisia, for example)
The main thing in a vacation is to initially set yourself up for it, and for positive emotions, and not to look for cons, so I categorically disagree with many negative reviews!

I am writing right away for everyone who is interested in this hotel, it is 3 stars, no more, not 4!!!
1) They will settle in immediately only if you give 10 $, and so you will wait a very long time, we did so
2) Perhaps that's why, of course, they smiled at the reception and settled in a normal room (although in theory I paid for all this anyway and it should be free). Relatively clean, but old like the hotel itself, the floors are terrible, everything needs repair and replacement, especially the scoop TV
3) The pool is cool, clean, a children's pool, slides, normal sunbeds, you can barely pull the child out, but there was a moment that after climbing down the slide I lost the circle and did not reach the bottom, no one but me helped, there are no rescuers, take this moment into account and do not leave the children alone
4) The food is relatively the same, a lot of vegetables, incomprehensible dishes, there was one watermelon from fruits (and it's like 4 stars, who puts them at all is unclear), meat was 1 time a week and a couple of times grilled chicken, for which there is a kilometer queue, but in general it's okay, you won't be hungry. They give you delicious ice cream, fast food, an acceptable drunk
5) The beach is just a kill, firstly 3 lines, those walk for 10-15 minutes, secondly it is a small piece of beach with old sun beds and covered in rocks and boulders, all legs were cut, dirty everywhere, everything is old and squalid.
In general, the weak three are drawn to those who do not bother with small things and hang out more at the hotel, not at the sea and are not whimsical in food))) but I will not go here anymore, I rest 3 times in Turkey, this is the worst 4-k hotel, we took it quickly without reading the reviews, as time was running out and we took a pig in a poke. I'll start with the fact that it was my first time in Turkey, so my view is not biased.Vacation July 2019, I generally liked the hotel itself, of course there is peeling paint, but in general I think the condition is quite decent.Cleaning was done daily, even I had to give up a couple of times because it was clean.The staff was quite friendly and small tips enhanced this friendliness (especially in the bar).The food is quite tolerable, you will not stay hungry, but the breakfast with baked pancakes, pies and other goodies was more pleasing.There are porridge and breakfast cereals with milk and jam for children.The dinners are basically the same, there is no mashed soup, no one ate it, fried fish or chicken for hot.There is a wide variety of cheese and olives, but everything is very salty.Of the fruits, there was only a watermelon for lunch and dinner.The bar did not indulge in a variety (gin, vodka, crayfish) of strong and white and red wine.The quality of the drinks also leaves much to be desired, and the wine even more so.The animation is very weak, only visibility, if there is something else for children, then it sucks for adults, we haven't seen discos in 9 days, there were weak and not very interesting contests.In general, I think it's a good place to relax with children under 8 years old, we'll look for another place for our next vacation.

We brought two people to this hotel and settled them in 1 room.I want to note that it does not correspond to 4 stars only for 3. We settled in a dirty room, the food is about nothing, there are no fruits except watermelons, the beach is far away.I do not recommend going to such a hotel!!!
