Good afternoon! We had a rest with a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 9) from 08/18.21 to 08/29.21. I will start with the fact that we arrived at this 5*✌ hotel for their wonderful Swedish lunch, or rather by its end. The administrator hurried to send us to it. But since we had no practice in eating from buffets before, the mood and anticipation of rest immediately disappeared from what we saw. Empty trays...Well, yes, we managed to grab something and we had a little snack...Next, ... well, we think there are four of us, in theory 2 rooms.Number...And nooo...What we saw (photo below) was a bit of a shock again. It was a double bed made up of single beds of different heights, an unfolded sofa and a cot. For 12 days on the territory of 9*9, the four of us had to huddle together. But it turned out that for an additional.a fee of $ 20 could be paid in 2 rooms.the room (but no one told us about it during check-in!). Okay, then the "gorgeous" view from the balcony...to someone's huts..in the truest sense of the word...Well, of course it's all the little things when you come on vacation...The food is of low quality sausage soy and cutlets...in general, all that type of meat is soy! Butter is solid margarine! Most of the Turkish families, mainly, are staying at the hotel. And they swim in the pool and the sea in their hijabs. Of course, these are faith customs and all things....but personally, I was terribly squeamish....Especially when a lump of black hair floated by. Next, the kids' club, which is so diligently praised in small things in previous reviews. In 12 days, we tried to "stick our heads in" it once, of course the children don't climb out of the water there, because it's hot! So, they told us to come in dry clothes, because they have only pencils and plasticine for entertainment...and there is no air conditioning at all and it is very hot there (like go from here)...what kind of animators are we talking about in the pre.I still didn't understand the reviews. Next, the guide...I still did not understand its functionality, except for luring on expensive excursions. We went on a four-person tour for $38, and its price was 180!! Shopping tour...also a trip from the guide. You are taken to 4 shops (jewelry, furs, wine cellars and clothes and all sorts of little things). They breed like l...! Like you're idito, that's how you feel! In furs, when asked what these prices are, we were told no, these are product numbers! There are no prices anywhere on the price tags! The only thing I liked was the wine from the cellars. We were given it to taste, and I don't know how real it is, but it's real.it is very soft and delicious. 4 booth.we bought it for $85, and 5 was a gift. Well, actually, what else...there are often dirty dishes in the kitchen, they are washed just disgusting! There are often not enough tables, and you run around with a plate like an id.. from! Fruits are only apples, oranges and plums. Although plantations grow their own bananas, there have never been any. We bought them on trial (the price is $ 2). The Turks are reluctant to bargain, and it is understandable that they live off it. We bought things at a boutique near the hotel. The nearest pharmacy is 40-50 minutes away.wants. The child's ear hurt and we went. However, the drops helped for 3 days. The evening performances just made me happy. The presenter spoke in Turkish, and everyone clapped for him!! For example, I did not plan to study Turkish! Therefore, you need to focus on different audiences, or take only the local population to the hotel and communicate with them on your own!!! Pros: clean, warm sea, velvety fine sand. We took a room with a sea view, the view is excellent, a large balcony, it's nice to admire nature. Friendly, including Russian-speaking staff.
Cons: there is a road running along the hotel - it is very, very noisy. The hotel is tired. The beach is located next to the city beach and a small river (which is drained into it ...). Food: we did not stay hungry, but we did not always get something tastier.

We are residents of Astana in this hotel from May 29 to May 6, 2024. We liked this hotel very much, the service staff is very desirable and treats their work in good faith! The sand beach is long and smooth. Sun beds and umbrellas are available. The bars are operating normally. Beer drinks are not the worst, alcohol is rubbish. The food is not too rich in choice, but it is difficult to be hungry as well as to choose what to eat. Especially if there are children, the choice is final. If you decide to go to this hotel, get ready, take soap and shampoo with you, too, and even toilet paper is not everywhere. Cleaning, garbage removal and that's it. Theft blooms in the hotel, they take everything that is bad and that is good. I dig into a bag for 1. Good afternoon! We just returned from this "wonderful" hotel. Honestly, it's not 5 or even 4. Who is planning a vacation - think ten times!!! We drove 2.5 hours from the airport.
Start. The rooms are cozy, large, we had a second building, a double and a single bed in the room, a bathtub with a toilet, only soap in the bathroom (and then if poured into the dispensary) and shower gel and shampoo in the shower cabin two in one, too, in the dispensary. Cleaning is a separate story, they pretended to clean up. During the 9 days of our stay, we have never had our bed linen changed. The dining room is very small for such a large number of people, tables for dinner must be booked in advance, otherwise you will be looking for a place for a long time. We walked from the beach and left a hat on the table, no one stole. Food, tomorrow- scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and a little bit of baking. For lunch and dinner, chicken, turkey, fish, all kinds of salads with tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs. The snack bar is open for lunch and dinner.It's always French fries, and not always nuggets, wings, pizza. There are always fruits, we have yellow and red apples, oranges, plums, pears, kiwis, bananas, grapes, apricots. There are a lot of pastries for lunch and dinner, delicious. The beach is probably the best thing about this hotel. The sea is warm, there is always enough for everyone. In general, think 10 times before going there.

We had a family vacation for 11 nights in August 2022.
The only plus is the sea! Warm, transparent, fine sand, the entrance is gentle.
Cons- the beach, it's just a quiet horror, a garbage dump, for all the time they tried to get out, carelessly, once. There is garbage everywhere: cups, water boxes and cigarette butts. The hotel's beach is located near the city beach and on weekends the locals will not crowd.
Further- more: the room was not cleaned more than once, towels were changed and garbage was taken out of the room - I had to run around the floors myself and look for a cleaner who doesn't understand a fig in Russian, the quest is still the same. The room was on the ground floor, the toilet smelled like all the floors were running to shit on us. There is black mold on the ceiling in the shower. The mattress on the bed springs out, sleeping is still a comfort. The room is old and tired.
The food is the same every day! There seems to be a lot of everything, but in fact, there is nothing to eat, you sit picking, everything is not tasty. The children ate only French fries, the rest was simply ignored. Ice cream will do, although it tastes much better in the same KFC.
90% of the staff do not speak Russian, some speak English. Of the workers, only the waiters really do their job, they run like horses. Animation is dead or laziness was born ahead of them, they walk around the territory, eat, drink tea and do not understand what they get paid for.
With all the Russians with whom we talked at the hotel, everyone agrees that the hotel is far from 5*, everyone claims that it is a backward 3, no more.
Well, the cherry on the cake: we were sitting with friends in a bar, decided to disperse at night, went out to the reception, and there was a rat running around. We were at this hotel in early September. 2022.
The three of us went and booked a room with three separate beds, checked in at 12 o'clock at night, gave a room with a double bed and one single - on which the springs rested directly on the ribs, it was painful and impossible to sleep!

The disco takes place on the street until 12 at night, right next to the building, If you are in the room at that time, then it feels like a disco is taking place in your room, there is no sound insulation, from the word at all! The rooms are poorly cleaned!
About food:
The buffet, everything is in one place, at first glance, it seems that there is a great abundance of food, but when you start trying, 80% of the food is tasteless, on the penultimate day we all poisoned ourselves and left with sick stomachs.
In fact, there is nothing to eat.
To approach the food, there was a queue all the time, there were not enough tables for everyone, we had to wait until someone ate, often the cutlery and plates were dirty, there was complete unsanitary conditions!

There was a girl in a dirty, rumpled shirt at the reception, from the 20th time we changed the room, because they gave us the wrong one at check-in, we needed 3 separate beds, and they gave us a double and a single.
Russian Russian is almost not spoken, only the animator, the girl who sells jackets, and at the reception more or less speaks Russian. There is no service!
About the sea:
It's a quick 3-minute walk to the beach from the hotel - and you're at the sea!
A very good sandy beach, not a single pebble, the sea is gorgeous and clean, But a small swimming area is fenced, it was very crowded to swim, there were always not enough sun loungers.

The staff is a select slag, except for bartenders and waiters. The manager screams like a madman when you ask him simple questions. As tactless as possible . CHECK-IN - according to the voucher, we had a femeli room (two-room) with a view of the "land". The arrival was late, we were at the hotel at 1 a.m. - we were given a room with a sea view - across the street. We didn't sleep all night, the feeling that you were lying by the road, no noise insulation. The movement is very active. I do not recommend taking rooms with sea views. In the morning, at the request to relocate, it began ... there are no rooms, come later, come tomorrow, let's go to the standard (for 4x). We had to fight to get the room that we bought! After an hour of complaints from the lord's shoulder and with a sour expression on our face, we were given a room in the second building, further from the road. The room is nice, everything worked, two air conditioners in one and the other room. Cleaning is normal, then no, well, that's okay.
THE territory is small, well-groomed, clean, two pools from which the eyes hurt with bleach when you pass by. One pool with 3 slides, of which one did not work (the most interesting of course)
The BEACH is the most important thing for me. To walk through the underpass, there is a descent for strollers, but it is so steep that it is normal to neither go down nor climb up. The beach is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, long and narrow. There was always enough space, which is a big plus. Fine sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the water is crystal clear - gorgeous! BUT - the hotel's beach is right next to the city beach and it's a nightmare. At 11 a.m. you get the Turkish Anapa. Locals are located wherever they find a piece of sand, put umbrellas, and lie down. To go into the sea, you need to snake around everyone. People smoke, drink, eat, someone cleans up after themselves, and someone does not. There is an anthill of swimmers in the sea. You can go to the beach on the left (TT Pegasos and go there).
THE FOOD is delicious, absolutely the same every day. Ice cream from 14 to 15 chocolate and vanilla is delicious.
And, of course, this is not a joke at all.

We arrived on July 27 with 3 children. At the reception they gave money for a two-room room, they took the money, they said no problem. They brought a single room with two beds and one sofa (dirty, however, like everything in this hotel and something got into it (livestock)). They said it was temporary, they would relocate tomorrow, but it never happened. We were settled on the 2nd floor and the whole building was just swearing, tearing, and feverish. A nightmare!!!! Check-in must have been at 14.00 in the end I had to wait until 16.00 (they said your room was occupied, they waited for it to be free) on the first day the child fell on the balcony, because water flowed from the air conditioner onto the balcony. We returned a couple of days ago on September 1, 2022. I do not recommend this hotel. They didn't pay cheap. The attitude of the Turks is terrible, even the hotel guide Alvin. Well, that's not how hotel guides behave. And the guy who gives out beach towels is generally a quiet horror. He gave me a torn towel, I decided to change it, so he snatched it from my hands with such aggression and started shouting at me in his own language. The only advantage is a gentle entrance to the sea and clean water. Although the windows of the room did not look at the highway, but the nighttime active traffic on the road just prevented sleep, I had to wear birushi. I do not recommend it.
