I really liked the hotel. Of the advantages:
- clean and spacious Superior Room;
- it's quiet, my windows faced the inner passage, but I didn't hear any cars or people at all.;
- normal breakfasts, though without frills. And the cherry jam is simply amazing.;
- pleasant and helpful staff, all speak Russian;
- I was checked in an hour earlier than expected without any problems.
There is not even one drawback, but a nuance. There is no heating in the hotel, although it was warm in the room, and it was down to -10° outside at night. So, I got my shoes a little wet, there was nowhere to dry them. If you are traveling in wet weather, take shoe dryers with you.

We stayed in a family room in Troy for 5 nights. We left the hotel after breakfast, returned only to spend the night.
Overall, I liked it: located near the center, on a quiet street, friendly staff, good breakfasts, clean, the room is "not shabby".
Disadvantages (and where there are none) did not bother any of us.
Would you choose this hotel next time? Yes.

What kind people live in Yerevan! I stayed in two hotels there:Mia Casa and La Casa .The staff is friendly.Mia Casa has a very cozy breakfast room.All this atmosphere and music reminded me of London.

I was lucky to stay for one night at this hotel! Wonderful location, quiet courtyard, walking distance to the center of Yerevan. Special thanks for the care of the staff. They told me everything and helped me with everything. We felt at home. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. Deserved 5 stars. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation!

disgusting service!
the TV was not working in the room, after fixing it 1 time the next day it did not work again, but they could not help)
the floors were so dirty that the feet were black!
you can't eat in the room, there was no kettle, and glass bottles of water were strictly forbidden to be thrown away (they are poured from the tap and given to new guests)
, but the cherry on the cake turned out that in this eatery the guests had to pay 5,000 rubles for each dirty towel, because they were dirty, with traces of food and felt-tip pens that are washed ordinary powder.
WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND it if you want to RELAX! There will be no rest in this eatery!

I was on a business trip to Yerevan and settled in this wonderful hotel on the recommendation of my colleagues.
The location is a quiet quiet street away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time within walking distance of everything you need.
The room is clean, bright, with underfloor heating. I wanted to go to bed right on the floor) ) )
The staff - wonderful people will take care of you and help you with literally everything.
Internet - high-speed internet. Video calls to relatives without failures and delays.
Kitchen - breakfast is included in the accommodation. It's just a masterpiece!!! Homemade: pastries, jams and jams - I was fed bombastic homemade dishes. Everything is natural and delicious - the digestion is appreciated. I didn't want to leave breakfast. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours. There are outdoor tables on site - it's very cozy there. There is a turnstile nearby.
Rest - on the 1st floor, a corner of the USSR - stuck for an hour looking at unique Soviet artifacts.
I am delighted with this place. Now if Yerevan, then only there!!!

A great little hotel. In downtown. Very cozy and quiet. The staff is just good-natured. The breakfasts are on top. Every day, there is something new in the food. We just fell in love with this hotel and the staff. Everything is just wonderful!!!

We had a rest in Armenia for a week. We lived in Mia Casa. A great hotel to stay in! Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious and hearty breakfasts at the request of the residents.Special thanks to the driver from the hotel Karen!!! I really liked the excursions that Karen took us on.Informative. The local scam.The photos do not correspond to reality. They tried to pass off the standard of the hostel as a suite.You can find a much better room in Yerevan for that kind of money.
Their hope is that the booking will cancel the room for a fine, and they will take it at least, or you will overpay for the room.

WiFi allegedly does not work, there is allegedly no payment by card, noisy rooms (you can hear what is happening in your room, you can hear the neighbors, it will be very inconvenient to celebrate a honeymoon), a very steep descent at the entrance to the hotel (in fact, it looks more like a hostel), it is difficult for a healthy sober person to get up and down what can I say, if you are elderly / in heels / drunk, they are trying to impose breakfast at the price of good restaurants nearby, they are trying to persuade you to cancel your reservation on the hotel booking services, I do not recommend it.

The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard. The staff is hospitable and polite. The room is clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need. There is a common dining room where tea, coffee, and water are available around the clock and free of charge. Unfortunately, the card payment was not accepted, we had to exchange cash. Although the possibility of non-cash payment was indicated in advance.

I like everything. I had a vacation in February 2020 for the 5th time. The hotel staff are already family people.
I can comment on dissatisfied comments like this: any (I emphasize) household issues will be instantly resolved by contacting the reception, and the lack of cashless payment...Well, it's probably worth clarifying this even when booking. Yerevan is poorly equipped with terminals in this regard. It was only in 2020 that there were clearly more places where cards were accepted.
