I took the Xiaomi Redmi 10C smartphone for repair, Serial number 862390060561489 Warranty repair. It is hard to hear when calling. The repair was carried out by engineer Matskevich. Returned a faulty one with claims that I do not clean the speaker with a toothbrush. Their consultant came and showed them how to do it....Naturally, the result from such cleaning and "repair" is zero. This is the first time I have seen such "specialists". Act no. BE-00-00060833 was issued without a date of execution. People, I urge you not to contact this poorhouse, there are guys sitting on the market in Zhdanovichi, maybe without diplomas, but who will really be able to repair your phone.. I regret one thing that I did not go to court, although it is most likely not too late.....

I turned to them to repair the robot vacuum cleaner, the staff is friendly, the diagnosis was done quickly (I didn't even have time to go anywhere), everything was fixed and now the vacuum cleaner is working like new again. If you are looking for a good workshop, then I can definitely recommend them
