For my taste, the best restaurant in Belgrade combines cuisine, atmosphere and service.
First of all, the kitchen.
There was a very famous chef in Serbia, Milovan Stojanović. Fed kings and other important people. And he created more than a hundred original dishes.
He is known here for the fact that Tito has been eating with him for many years. And Tito here is as important as Stalin.
So this is his family business. And they cook several of his dishes. We ordered 3 of them. Very tasty. Not a wow effect like in Michelin, but very tasty.
And in addition, a very cozy homely atmosphere and excellent service. A place for locals (not a tourist one).
