A hotel for a beach holiday, the sea is probably the best of all that there is, some things are everywhere in Hainan: swimming in pens, few people speak Russian and English, food for fans of Chinese cuisine, in general the hotel is good, beautiful, friendly staff, there is a living area with animals, but most importantly my the upset from the hotel happened because of the payment, I booked for a Trip.I paid for the accommodation on the website, however, upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay for the accommodation again, and what is on the website is a deposit, it will be returned upon eviction, I paid, although I did not expect to re-pay for the stay, when I asked for the deposit back at the eviction, I received an answer that this is a website returns, not the hotel, for several days, as a result, the hotel left me without money for personal expenses.
I was told that this is not a hotel, but the site does this, but I booked 2 more hotels in Sanya and Dadonghai on this trip and this did not happen, they took a deposit of 500 yuan and gave it away at check-out, only this hotel had such a situation

A piece of paradise! The hotel is above all ratings! We had a vacation with my husband from November 7 to November 20, 2024. I am absolutely delighted with the room and the hotel grounds. Cleanliness is amazing everywhere. The underwear was changed every day and it's, like, new! A gorgeous pool, palm trees struck with their diversity. The bushes are trimmed, decorated with a leaflet. Two restaurants, the menu is quite decent! The organizers come up with concerts and entertainment for children for the guests, there are a lot of children's zones! If you could post my videos here, there would be fewer words of delight, you would see for yourself and want to come here! We will definitely come back!

The hotel is cool. I'm here now. Mostly vacationing Chinese residents from the northern provinces. A lot with children. Well-maintained territory. Clean pools and a great beach. Daily room cleaning. Minus one- no one speaks Russian from the staff, only the guide and then in very bad language. They don't understand English either. The translator on the phone helps out.
