Very often they don't send what you order. At least there is a refund, but this is already my personal waste of time, money and spoiled mood. It is possible to order something that is not available in other stores, BUT if there was an alternative, then I probably would not use this store. When you receive the goods, do not rush to throw them away and always keep receipts. If delivery and payment take place via European Post, you may need them when applying for a refund.
